It’s not true to say they invert like say Rico Lewis does in front of the CB’s, they often bomb into the final third! Gotta play two DM’s and get them to cover full back areas if we are gonna do that
His decision to return Romero and Micky as soon as he could. Davies and Radu had been fine and only conceded two goals in 3 games. There was no need for them to return immediately.

Ange can't even pick the best 11. Good players are wasted on him. BJ almost always starting and Spence hardly played all season.
Here it is. This is what I've felt for months and been saying less succinctly. He cant and won't change anything fundamental as he sees it as an admission or climb down. Every team conceeds goals 'because of the way they play"
Most of the goals we have conceded this season are nothing to do with being short on personal on the counter or having to run back at speed.
I'd go watch some highlights of the goals we have conceded this season..... you'd find that it's far far fewer than you are making out.
I'd say most of them have come from crosses that we aren't closing down on and are weak when it comes to tracking players in the box.
I think if you get rid of the inverted full backs then your press won't be as effective.
It's a double edged sword, you can make a claim that we shouldn't be inverting the full backs now because we don't have VDV to sweep up when we lose the ball - I think this is where Ange has fucked up because he hasn't made allowances for key injuries for his system.
I think his system needs minor tweaks at the best of times, going forward inverting one full back is fine.
Just remembered he once said he didn't make subs because he didn't want us to be falsely rewarded with a win.
Just to be a total contrarian, like Ange in an interview, I really do appreciate all the goals we are scoring.
That was after Brighton. They knew the game plan and that’s why he doesn’t change it during matches.
Our squad isn’t ‘fine’ given we play in Europe. Ange-Outers sadly providing cover for Levy.
Liverpool had a better squad under Klopp than Levy has ever built. We have owned the Manchester clubs multiple times this season.

I’ve said numerous times, and it’s worth mentioning of all the people that would like to see the back of Ange, I haven’t personally seen any of them say anything different, but I don’t think getting rid of Ange is a silver bullet that fixes all our problems and I’ve never seen anyone suggest that it would.
Levy is still a clear and leading problem, he is what’s holding us down, but Ange simply hasn’t been anywhere near good enough with what he has. All this talk of injuries doesn’t take into account how poor we’ve been for as long as we have.
Saying however that people are claiming getting rid of Ange solves all the issues isn’t true. People want rid of Ange because he’s simply too naive and under qualified for this league. So we would see improvement under plenty of other managers, but there would indeed still be other issues remaining which would require fixing.

Thank you for exposing the last place left to hide of people with Ange Postecoglou avatars. Those of us who saw through his lack of ability do not belive firing him will suddenly turn Daniel Levy into Sir spend a load. Firing him will however rid us of a manager so tactically inept I've genuinely started to wonder if he actually has his pro licence. I mean has anyone actually verified them.
All the issue you outline will indeed be still present but right now between now and seasons end Ange Postecoglou and his footballing ethos are the singel biggest impediment there is to us buying momentum and not getting sucked into a relegation battle. Improvement is possible for a better coach with sound ideas not for this man. He's Levy's biggest error, he just isn't very clever or able. This is evident in ever press conference and interview.
Or maybe doing that head jerk sideways thing in interviews ?

I am increasingly of the belief that Talkshite is a secret Deep State Eugenics experiment designed to identify and target that part of the gene pool that will be sterilised for the "Longterm good of all Mankind"
One of Liverpool's young Dutchmen more or less said that in their game with us they intentionally targeted Radu because they knew that Ange's setup was going to leave him high and dry. Specifically because of the way that Ange demands our fullbacks to play.
Radu is, despite what some on here would claim, a good professional footballer. Certainly good enough to play at PL or Serie A level. But he isn't a one man defence that can take on all comers. And leaving him alone like our current setup demands is doomed to fail him.
Naked photos of Levy and Cullen together in the board room...The worst thing is that if we accept this, we've lowered our standards permanently. No other managers would've been given this long under those circumstances.
And sooner or later he will have a decent spell. Anyone can have it with those kind of players. And people will think he's turned it around. And it could go on for longer than we think. Because something about his persona is making Levy stick with him.
He has the least bragging rights of all managers, SPL being his previous peak. Still he's the most arrogant fuck I've seen. Talking about second season winner every time but can't even beat Ipswich. He's so tactically inept it's actually funny. But everyone's laughing at us nowadays. But for some reason he has Levy under his control.
