So his average is only 0.25 off St Poch of Mumbo Jumbo ? despite Poch having for a period the 2nd/3rd best team in a much weaker league and Ange having a pretty ropey early rebuild mess in a much stronger league?
Impressive

Sources close to Isak have come out and said he could stay at Toon if get Champs League spot…
This is the exact thing that Ange does not get with players and what really turns the top players on .
Yes by all means we all want to win the league thats a given but to attract and keep the best players we got to be at the very least a top 4 team year in and out with a stable manager.
We already know his stubborn not naive views on not happy on Champs League spot if his “Brand” of football does not secure it.
Even with the January window and players back its real hard to see short term and long term with Ange at helm any half decent players jumping on board .

Im sorry but if youre not playing top level european football you are not getting top level playera. Am i missing your point totally or is that not well known?I'm sorry but this is a completely bollocks take.
The ONLY reason Ange is still in a job is because he has the dressing room.
Conte was in 4th when he lost the dressing room.
This isn't an argument to keep Ange - it's just to point out what a horrendous take you've just given.
The OP was suggesting we'd lose our CURRENT players because of the manager not securing them CL football.Im sorry but if youre not playing top level european football you are not getting top level playera. Am i missing your point totally or is that not well known?
I asked did i miss your point completely so i did. I dont need you using bad language or capital letters to reinforce your point. Relax. And whats OP?The OP was suggesting we'd lose our CURRENT players because of the manager not securing them CL football.
My point - which was completely fucking obvious - was that the CURRENT players are obviously still backing the manager because if they weren't he'd be gone weeks ago. So the OP's contention was self evidently bollocks.
It is true however that not achieving Top 4 will make it harder to attract Top 4 players from elsewhere. Hence why I said it was not an argument for keeping Postecoglou

Klopp relaxed his mental press. Pep too. Theres a different reason city are where they are in my opinionPep and Klopp are system managers as well, in fact Pep right now hasn't changed a thing and his players are really being exposed.
There's a reason for it...
Well, TBF, he was there over 3 years before they signed VVD and 3.5 before Alisson. And not until after they'd sold Coutinho.Yeah, in the early days he was criticised a lot for not being able to set up a defence. But the difference between our club and L’pool is that they invested in the keeper &VVD and it all turned around.
AVB with the highest average.

Wages seem to be the biggest cause in discrepancy.Well, TBF, he was there over 3 years before they signed VVD and 3.5 before Alisson. And not until after they'd sold Coutinho.
It was well timed, and dead accurate spending. The biggest difference between us and Liverpool 2015-2020 was smart scouting. We went €222M in that time on Sissoko, Sanchez, Moura, Aurier, Ndombele, Bergwijn, and Sessegnon. Such a massive waste of money.
The most frustrating part about that time was we were playing CL, building this amazing project and we still couldn’t bring in the top tier players. Maybe that was lack of scouting, or maybe it was bargain hunting. Regardless of the root cause, it was just infuriating.Well, TBF, he was there over 3 years before they signed VVD and 3.5 before Alisson. And not until after they'd sold Coutinho.

I was only counting the "big" misses, but yeah there were several other smaller misses. And a couple small hits, to be fair. If Wanyama had stayed healthy he could have been huge - maybe we win in Madrid. The most frustrating part about that time was we were playing CL, building this amazing project and we still couldn’t bring in the top tier players. Oh and you forgot Vincent Janssen on your illustrious list! (Who I will confess I was super excited about because I totally bought the hype).
Whilst the kamikaze football irks the shit out of me, and the refusal to budge makes me spit at times,So his average is only 0.25 off St Poch of Mumbo Jumbo ? despite Poch having for a period the 2nd/3rd best team in a much weaker league and Ange having a pretty ropey early rebuild mess in a much stronger league?

Haha is this a joke? A troll? The squad Poch had was perceived as terrible at first. He had a horrible rebuild job where he had to utilise youth players regularly!
It is also over a longer period. Ange has already fallen off a cliff (nice and quickly because he weighs so fucking much) and that PPG is going down FAST.
Ange had ONE good period at the club. With a financial investment Pochettino could only dream of.
Never ever ever compare the greatest manager we’ve had in the modern era to the fraudulent one.
It’s only that it happened twice. Not like you Shady.
It was a little bit tongue in cheek, But isn’t that the point here. I said “for a period”. When his team wasn’t so hot neither was his PPG, and also for much of that, Pep hadn’t kicked in, Arse were shit, Liverpool had only just started their smart recruitment and Klopp hadn’t kicked in, Chelsea were no better than us and the league wasn’t top to bottom with smart fuckers beating everyone.
This is the toughest PL there has been ever. We are back to having one of the youngest teams in the PL which has no proven outstanding players, a ton of injuries and lacking any bench at all for most of the season so far.
Ange’s is flawed, but asBoltonspur said, I’m not sure anyone is polishing this turd much better - Poch didn’t polish his turd very well.
I'm not predicting that they're making a change this week.
But all I'll say is that most Tottenham sackings, aren't the day after the final game that was the tipping point. Nuno and Jose were sacked 2 days later. Pochettino was sacked a week or so after the Sheffield Utd game (international break).. I think Conte's departure was a long wait until the Southampton debacle..
Really I don't think there's any way to know what's going to happen either way. Regardless of what any journalist says. There's no way to know what that club is thinking.
