That or Levy has sat back and left it to (fellow Aussie) Munn.
Who won't turn on his countryman whatsoever.
Munn is probably one of the delusional posters on here trying to convince the world Ange is "the guy"I was never on board with the Munn appointment. A man with zero PL or European football experience should not be running the football department at one of the richest clubs in the world. Add to that Ange is definitely his man and it makes sense. Levy will get rid of both in time obviously. Munn isnt even being the bullet proof vest deflecting from Levy that he was probably partially brought in to be, so isnt even satisfying that role for Levy.
This needs to stop somewhere. I'd get over a loss to Everton if that's what it takes. Levy need to dig out his Klarna card. Ange is finished, Son is finished. There's a decent group of players here otherwise but they need coaching.
I'm one of the suckers. No matter what this summer I'm 99% renewing. This club has well and truly got me by the short and curlies.
To have success without a plan you need very, very good players, elite really if you're talking about real success. This needs to stop somewhere. I can see it already, Wembley Stadium, the sun is shining, 3pm kickoff, every allocated seat packed with Spurs fans fully behind the team and the manager, ready to cap off what has already been a scintillating season, finishing 3rd and lucky to not be top after an unusually close 3-way battle. You just wait and see. NEXT YEAR is lilywhite! It's ll gonna come together. Finally. I know it.

I don’t disagree. All I’m saying is that if the previous run of bad results wasn’t enough, then I don’t think that losing away to Woolwich by the odd goal will be the final straw either. And what about the other 10 games we've lost in the league?
Or that we drew 0-0 with Tamworth in the last game?
Or that after the first 10 games of last season we were just as bad as we are now?
He should have been sacked last December (2023) or last summer (2024)
The man is not a football manager.
We just don't know because the coaching is so poor. Who the fuck knows. New man may come in and all of sudden it will turn out Porro is an excellent right wing option. With Spence behind him who is so much better defensively. Ange just ran Porro down to the ground, never gave Spence a chance, cheerfully fucked off Royal to Milan and this is the result. They can't stay fit you say? That's why. It's just an example. New menager could find solutions all across the pitch. This group has a couple of good players.
A couple of players who show up sometimes.
And a bunch of players who can’t stay healthy.
For me, he should have been told he has the NLD to save his job.I don’t disagree. All I’m saying is that if the previous run of bad results wasn’t enough, then I don’t think that losing away to Woolwich by the odd goal will be the final straw either.
I do think it’s coming very soon though.
100% correctTo have success without a plan you need very, very good players, elite really if you're talking about real success.
Without those kind of player, to have success you need a really good plan.
We have neither.
We have decent players, much better than the current season would indicate, so I would suggest the plan behind it is sub-standard, if not absolutely pitiful.
That's Ange's wheelhouse. It's his job to put together a system that provides the basis for these players to go out and utilise their strengths to get results. Instead he just wheels out the system he wants regardless of how suitable the players are, and personally I think referring to it as a system is generous, because it doesn't look like there's any rhyme or reason behind what's going on on the pitch. It looks like the kind of tactical set up a bunch of primary school lads would cobble together for a kickabout at lunch time.
There were times in yesterday's match where it looked like some of the most amateurish defending I've ever seen at this level. The complete lack of composure, level of frantic panic and braindead decision making was astounding. To have success without a plan you need very, very good players, elite really if you're talking about real success.

Final score, Tottenham 1-2 Sunderland. Sunderland gain promotion to the Premier League via playoffs and Tottenham will be in the Championship for at least one more season.

Because he hasn't got a clue what he's doing. It's obvious to anyone that we do not have the personnel to play this style of football so why does Ange persist?
