press conference a good example as to why Levy likes him. Feel like Ali gold was trying to get him to criticize his bosses for the lack of transfers.
His response:
"I'm not disappointed or frustrated, I'm actually pleased how hard the club is working" (on trying to sign players)

what a breath of fresh air for Levy it must be after Jose, Conte, and Poch. A real company man, not someone they'll want to get rid of and risk having another guy call them out publicly

Either way I'd be tempted to tell him to do one and pick up a better contract eleswhere where I'm likely to spend less time on the treatment table.

As for the coaches something I've heard and posted bts is that they aren't overly happy with things. They are basically told what they have to achieve, ie, this is what the end result must be, and then Ange walks off and they are left to get on with it. They believe they've had to abandon the fundamentals to a large degree, and are very uncertain how to get to the point Ange wants because he's not telling them how to.

Jesus fucking christ. I mean, I knew Ange was hands off, but this just shows what a clueless fraud we actually have. And it mirrors exactly what we are seeing on the pitch. No wonder we look such a mess and lose games left right and centre.

I would not be at all surprised if that were the case- it fits all the other evidence we have available- mainly the lack of visible organization or tactics on the pitch- as well as the comments of top retired professionals.

Was Eddie Howe to blame when Newcastle had 15 senior pro's out for most of last season?

Injuries happen.

It's just lazy to attribute injuries to Angeball. We have a medical team that tell Ange the condition of the players. There is zero proof that Ange has played a player against the advice of the medical team or the wishes of the player.
