I mean, you can’t trust X for anything, seeing a poll on there earlier saying 57% want Ange to stay. The gooners are always on a wind up on social media; it’s unreliable data no matter what way it is spun.

What I would argue as a matter of personal opinion, is that the media want Ange to stay because having a club like Spurs in a relegation fight is drama and that’s what they love more than anything.

But I would be willing to bet the majority of Spurs supporters want him (and Levy) out of the club now.

Is it a possibility that Levy, Cullen and co now are just happy with a PL mid table finish and investing just enough to get that?

They’re seeing their riches come in from the NFL, concerts, boxing and tourists visiting on a matchday.. they’re happy to line their pockets with the income and as long as the club has Premier League status, that’s all that matters. Removing THFC from the badge points to that even more.

Where Spurs finish in the table have no bearing on if the NFL, concerts and other big shows use the stadium.

If we got relegated our value would plummet. No chance they'd sell up then.
Our value would plummet, but our income would also plummet. That's the trade off. Limit the income and it balances it out.

I don't know what the answer to ENIC and Levy is but I do not want us to get relegated.

I don't want to go down. Obviously. But right now, it looks actually possible. And if it happens, I'm damn well going to hope something good can come of it.

Absolutely this. They lied. They have, whilst upping fees, dropped wages massively, whilst adding more and more and more non football income. The stadium was never about making THFC more successful on the pitch. It was all about building a money printing business.

ENIC have been experts in lowering the expectation level of the supporters.

The truth about their tenure will be reflected in the statistics that only they know.

How many season ticket holders have given them up since 2001 and either downgraded to membership or stopped coming?

The average Spurs supporter in 2025 seems content to have a few days out at the megadome each season without much expectation of actually winning something.

The club is no longer the club it was in the 70's & 80's.

It's ENIC FC

Yeah he's not going anywhere. Fucking pathetic. They aren't judging him game by game either apparently.

Actually bizarre. Levy always been quick to sack managers, even world class ones, but the 60 year old fat aussie blagger who is miles out of his depth is the one Levy decides to back despite the overwhelming evidence he is taking us nowhere but down.

No.

Should be fine with people changing their mind tbh. IDK why theres a culture on the internet of calling people out because their views changed, isn't that a really natural thing, you get provided with insurmountable evidence and choose to account for it in your opinion?
Plus end of the day I think everyone really just wants to see the club do well, some of us think thats under Ange and the vast majority of us don't, I'd really like to see him gone asap because the fanbase is toxic as fuck right now and we could really do with a lift.

I'm totes fine with folks changing their minds...evidence of an agile brain and intellectual honesty.
IDK why theres a culture on the internet of calling people out because their views changed,
Because people are stupid. And because changing you mind is viewed as weakness. And, disingenuously, cultural 'leaders' have made it so in order to tear down opposition...and it's usually folks that are trying to pander to the anti-intellectual masses. Most intelligent folks appreciate evolving perspectives...
isn't that a really natural thing,
...yes, one would hope...
you get provided with insurmountable evidence and choose to account for it in your opinion?
...and here is where things get sticky in the internet world. "Insurmoutnable evidence" is not necessary to alter one's perspective. Appropriate or reasonable evidence should get folks to back down from their shitty takes but in the internet world they double down and get toxic instead of measured...Instead, these folks holdout until they realize that they will lose whatever 'credibility' they may have had if they continue to support their nonsense...and then the rotten cunts want to post 'look at me, give me like, and positive ratings' posts about finding reason that so many have found months before and without the toxic, contrarian bullshit...and it's the same cunts every time!
Plus end of the day I think everyone really just wants to see the club do well, some of us think thats under Ange and the vast majority of us don't,
Really? Because as we hurdle toward relegation with over a year of relegation form these same idiots have continued to back the exact guy that's driving the fucking bus off the road. Do they really want what's best for Spurs or do they like the attention and engagement?

There was a point where I think it would have been fair to argue that...we are way past that point...now it's about real fanz tribalism...
I'd really like to see him gone asap because the fanbase is toxic as fuck right now and we could really do with a lift.
The most toxic were just doing it to be seen...there has been no reasonable justification for backing Ange to this point...none. And because their reasoning had to change week to week supports this. there was no positive reason beyond hope...and always excuses for the negative.
I said it earlier, but everyone’s got a breaking point

Some people get to it quicker than others
A year of relegation form...at this point it's not about getting anywhere 'quicker'...it's about something else...Real fanz...
... being a "real" fan means being behind the players and the manager no matter what. No negativity allowed...
...mindless support.

not sure about that, think they'd want conference league at least so that there's more stadium use during the season
