So Ange isn't isn't earning his money then is he?
Very rarely do football teams ever have their "best XI" starting a crucial game- it's just very rare due to the nature of the game with so many injuries and fitness issues.

This myth that he hasn't had a perfect selection available to him as something that has been holding him back is unrealistic! Even if we had turned a couple of those losses into wins, we'd still be below 10th place in the table- last I checked we're 9 points off 10th.

I guess failing so hard in the table is the only way people have been able to disabuse themselves of these sophomoric misjudgments.

Hes 50-60% responsible for those injuries so he needs to carry that amount of blame. We played 41 games last year and he said we werent playing enough games!! We still had a massive crisis. So something isnt adding up. And its not just the medical department
I think claims that Ange, World Cup manager, Asian Cup winner, league champion on three continents doesn't know anything about football tactics and should take a seat behind Ryan Fucking Mason are absurd and disrespectful.

I think claims that Ange, 60 year old Australian who has never worked with elite footballers in his life and has no background in the training and recovery regimes of Europe's top leagues, is badly mismanaging the bodies of his players much, much more convincing.

Something is very wrong here.

no i'm just one of the remaining few who haven't put you on ignore yet. that's changing so the last word is yours

Thanks, I think you should have done this ages ago as opposed to protesting and crying about this place being an echo chamber, sorry that's not how it works.

Anyway Ange now has 8 players available over the age of 18, mental

Well, he does seem pretty clueless in games though.. even his subs were abysmal...

Not bad what? We lost like 50% of the games that back 4 + GK started this season. I wrote it a few weeks ago, we had like 5W 1D 4L.

Sorry if I explained poorly in the first post, my brain is damaged after this day at work.

4 losses in 10 isn't 50% lol

Also Van De Ven didn't play against Newcastle or Ipswich either so please try not to lie, we all have eyes :)

This isn't true, I posted it to further the discussion and it's probably the reason why the board are keeping him on, if you think about it!

I knew Deuterz wouldn't like it because he was done with Ange a long time ago as he keeps protesting but he isn't the only one in here. More to the point is I couldn't give a flying fuck if 99% of people in here don't like it, that's on you. If you don't like it either move on or ignore it, as I said before it's a neutral thread - you don't own it just because there's some anti Ange circle jerk in here or whatever but if I don't want to be apart of your little fan club then so be it - you're gonna have to deal with it

This conversations is quite funny though, I have to admit. :ledley:
"further discussion" my arse.

Shadydan Shadydan whole shtick here is as follows:

1) initially after a bad result he will tell everyone that the managers tactics are cooked, that Ange can't lose that game and survive, that we should pray for Ange.

2) He will then wait it out a few days and then proceeded to start posting positively about Ange again.

The guy openly stated we had to win both the Everton game and the Leicester game for Ange to survive then stated he "changed his mind" a few days after losing to Everton.

The guy stated the fanbase are cooked and "losers" for thinking we are in a relegation battle (literally "lol'ing at any post that said we can be sucked into the relegation battle) only to tell us not even two weeks later that we are in a relationship battle to suit the argument he was having at the time. When questioned he says he "changed his mind" again.

His whole shtick is to get a reaction. I don't even know what he actually believes because he keeps saying "he's changed his mind". Just don't engage if you want any sort of honest opinion tbh.

Does Ryan Mason have a better win ratio than Ange, not taking the piss just curious 🤔

Yes.

But Sherwood is still King.

The Gillet - 0.591
The Italian Madman - 0.571
The Magic Man - 0.559
The Renaissance Man - 0.537
Mason & His Mates - 0.500
Run About a Bit 'Arry - 0.493
The Special One - 0.466
The Blunder from Down Under - 0.443

:sherwoodlol:

This is not being called a contrarian, it's being open minded!

I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with changing your opinion from time to time, like for example a week ago I didn't believe we were in a relegation battle because I thought we'd do enough to get points against Everton and Leicester but we didn't and now we are and now I agree, aint nothing wrong with that is there?

Also there is such a thing called nuance, like you can believe that the manager's tactics are flawed yet at the same time acknowledge that he is suffering a massive injury crisis, too many people in here just straight up lie and will do anything to go against factual evidence just because it doesn't suit the narrative they're trying to push.

This place is like a bit of a youth club - Why the need to pick a side in here, it's like some sort of allegiance Levy in, Levy out, Ange in, Ange out, it's mental lmao
