Speculating but heard simon Jordan earlier saying Ange is hanging on. Ally with levy so maybe he might be in the know. Under a lot of pressure Ange and is 59 so getting on so is an element of empathy also considering injuries. Read on teamtalk, iraola, frank and terzic in the frame to replace him.

Well I was right about one thing..I woke up this morning and he is still here...I've lost all hope...I don't understand why baldy, preeminent trigger puller, has done nothing about the guy who is wrecking our club...I'm giving up for the moment...can't take it anymore. People say it's the hope that kills you...
Over all entrances to the ground there should be a sign overhead..
"Abandon hope all ye who enter here"
Not the away entrances of course

Surely there’s got to be a contractual reason he’s not had the bullet yet?!

I don’t buy this ‘we understand the injuries and we’re being patient’ attitude that keeps getting trotted out like Levy has somehow dislocated his trigger finger!

Knowing us ; there will be a massive upturn in our form ; we’ll cruise into the Europa League Final ; and Daniel from Accounts fires him five days before the game for no apparent reason.

Nothing would surprise me anymore.

Under a lot of pressure Ange just think being 59 have to consider that. Perhaps being a bit soft but business is business after all. One thing I did like Ange saying to press liverpool lost to plymouth and got vibe press werent on Slots case. Regardless I think we will have a new manager next season. My preference is iraola next season and dont go to plan poch 2026 after WC to stabilise us for 3 years. Surprised chelsea fire him tbh. Think they would have challenged for title if they stuck with him. Maresca under pressure at chelsea and just a hunch they may go for iraola if they dont get top 4 and win conference league.

He’s getting the season.

I think if he was getting sacked this season it was happening after Everton or at a push Leicester. That was our lowest point where relegation was genuinely a question if we had lost to Brentford.

They’re just going to accept the crap season and hire someone new in the summer.
I suspect you're right.

I think the Brentford win pushed us into just about safe territory. Not mathematically but I just can't see the bottom three catching us.

If we were going to try a change to rescue our cup prospects that really should have been done in January. As it is there's no point sacking him.

The jeopardy for the season has gone as have all the prizes. It's only February and every match left in our domestic season is now a dead rubber. Sucks to be a season ticket holder, all those matches with nothing riding on any one of them. He may as well rest players in the league and do a moonshot for the Europa league. I dont think we can win it but what else is there to do to fill the void?

What a mess we've gotten into.

Would be a strange time to sack him after waiting this long to get some of the squad back. We were underdogs in both cup matches, yes the performances were shit but may as well see how we do against United with a full weeks rest. If they sack him now they should have sacked him after Leicester or if not definitely after Everton.

The worst of it and fcuk me there is so much, is the way this guy failed to understand last season and the City match, for the majority of Spurs fans.

At that point you might have been forgiven for thinking Postecoglou might have done anything to be a winner

How far from the truth could we have been.

Whilst it seemed he didn’t understand our feelings about the City game ; in his defence, he couldn’t have come out publicly with anything other than what he said ; or he could have been facing a charge.

What irks me is that he doesn’t seem to have the same aggressive , raw meat-eating “I’m only interested in winning mate ; whoever the opponents are” mentality when we are playing games that 100% of the fan-base actually want the team to win.

If you see what I mean .

So, hypothetically speaking,

What happens when they keep him for next season, and we get the same injury issues? Write off another season because Genius Ange cannot work unless everyone is healthy?
