All possession stats mean is a style of playing. We even had majority of possession when Liverpool embarrassed us 6-3 at home, but the way you look at it (and have done on numerous posts) possession=domination, so we were better team that day.
Forest must be a dreadful team, they rarely get 30% possession, oh wait they are a position in League we would crave to be in. They only had 37% possession when beating Brighton 7-0, so no they got dominated according to your hysterical logic.

Possession is literally calculated on the number of passes by each team. That's all it is.
