Ok, we won 3 games in a row against shite teams. Fact. We could have lost those games. Fact. We didn't dominate an of those shite teams. Fact. He didn't change anything, the football is the same shite as it has been sice the first 10 games from last season. In fact we are declining and that's a lot on Ange, injuries obviously hurts the team, but we could have done a lot better with the players we had, Ange managed to lost to some of the worst teams in the league, while playing horrendous football, a tottaly unorganized defense (didn't change), a chaotic midfield with players running around everywhere but where they should be and our attack creating fuck all. This is probably one of the most boring football I saw us play, it's just pass, pass, pass, the ball gets to the wingers, that can't drible or beat a player, they pass back. Our attacking play is some of the most limited I've seen and probably bad coached too. His squad managemente is ridiculous. His subs are atrocious. And we are fucking 12th. I can't see any positive, sorry.

Son dribbled yesterday, he had their RB on toast.

I am sorry you can fuck off. Ange being unable to manage at the top level does not make me xenophobic. It just means Ange Postecoglou is 59 and never had to adapt because the level has never required it. Even then his records at previous clubs is mediocre looking at win percentage.

Once Spurs sack him he will never manage at a top level again.
He played the same way in the Champions League with Celtic. The level was as high as it gets. He also managed at the WC and against Spain who were World Champions at the time, with League 1 level players. He still played the same way. He just has total belief in his philosophy no matter who he has in the squad or who the opponent is.

Why don’t we base it on 38 league games? Injuries will always happen, hasn’t blighted Iraola ‘s season has it - if he gets them CL it’s the biggest achievement since Ranieri fluked the league. If Forest do it as well then it really well show how shite Ange has done

Iraola didn't have to play twice a week for 3 months due to the Europa League and being in the knockout stages of the league cup (they were knocked out in August). Why do people always omit this difference when saying injuries haven't affected him? It's hardly a fair comparison.

Positives:
Second half was better managed yesterday. Also clear attacking patterns with Son and Johnson which won the game in the first half. More attempts with long balls and better structure across defence and midfield, without the batshit all over the field crazy pressing.

Negatives:
He needs to cut the passing out from the back, way too risky. The opening 15 minutes, absolute chaos.
Until solanke is back hitting it long is giving the opposition the ball to attack. We went long about half a dozen times yesterday and it was uncontested and we had to defend an attack. Passing around the back is bad the alternative is worse.

Does that settle the matter? Let's face it, Man City are our rabbits. Even when they are flying and we are shit we tend to beat them. Bournemouth whilst doing well, have a squad that cost a fraction of ours and we should be beating them at home. For me, when you're up against it is when you judge your manager and frankly he wasn't able to cope when the injuries struck. He didn't even try to change style to accommodate the players he had available. He just threw them out there like lambs to the slaughter and guess what, they got slaughtered. I fully expect us to beat both teams which would mean 5 on the spin but that doesn't change the fact I want Ange gone. Champions League is the goal. If he doesn't achieve let's have the next cab off the rank.

yes it would settled it, it proves that all the losses were due to injuries and that ange wins the games he is supposed to win and would have won many more games with a normal squad situation

5 wins from 5 when you are up against it would be a good marker

but whatever we will soon find out anyway, i recommend winning the Europa league but that would also go into your 'we should do that' category

You can’t judge the bloke based on just the injury hit games, you also can’t judge him solely on the games when he had a full squad.

Being a PL manager (or at least a good one) is about how you adapt to all of the rises and falls as it goes along.

Throwing your toys out after a couple of losses is the same thing as proclaiming people are stupid to bemoan him when he wins a couple of games. Unfortunately both happen a lot on here

You have to review him as a manager for his entire time here, not just the periods that suit.

Me personally, his time here in total tells me that he isnt good enough for the Premier league.

However either way people need to accept that rightly or wrongly he’s here till the end of the season now. I can’t see Levy sacking him late on if we dip out of the Europa at the next opportunity.

So I’m just not fussed at the moment, I want the team to win as much as possible, try and find something positive for the season to make it worthwhile and see what Levy does in the summer.

Because additionally Ange didn’t have to sell his star striker this season and was able to vastly outspend Iraola - why do people always omit this difference ?

True , Ange had to sell the constantly record breaking striker who had carried the club along with Sonny for years the season before . Then had to deal with Sonny effectively no longer being the player he was .

Ange should have done better but losing Kane and Sonny dropping off 50% is not insignificant.
