Sack him after the 1st leg haha I don't think so

I’m reasonably sanguine on who we bring in as manager. There’s no point predicting anything: the club defies logic and it’s perfectly obvious that the competitive impediments are internal. So what do we think of the Glasner rumours? I'm surprised it took this long tbh.
Just looking at his stats. His Win % at Palace and Frankfurt is nothing special tbh, but his loss % is a little more interesting. He's at only 25% at Palace. AngeLOSS is at 37% in all games for us.
In the PL, this season only, Palace are at 30% we're at 51%
In terms of honours - won a real tournament in the Ropey League in 2022, unlike the Fosters Cup and Castlemain XXXX Title in Australia.
Not as interesting as the other main 3 we're linked to, but I'm not averse to it. He was in demand before Palace and, I believe, wanted by Bayern from Palace before Kompany.
I think that anyone who cops heaps of sustained abuse whether its good natured or not would react. After all most of us are human after all!As a pro manager? Hell no. Same applies to players btw.
He is the manager, he makes decisions. And his judgement should not be affected by either press or online fans opinions.
Only place he can't hide from direct feedback is stadium during the match and i get when he refers to something that happens at the stands, no problem with that.

To be fair. I do think that this is a bigger issue than just at Spurs. It doesn't matter who the next manager is... his managerial longevity here at Spurs will be 18-24 months. So no point getting sucked into supporting a new manager who won't be here come year 3.
The club aren't sacking him during European tie no matter the score.
If Spurs get a multi goal battering and the crowd are calling out Levy; Ange gets sacked in the morning. The club aren't sacking him during European tie no matter the score.

Let's hope Romero hasn't got his red card head on tonight.
But across 25 years ownership I don't think there is many clubs who have had 12 managers not including interims and caretakers... I get that managers seem to be on a constant merry go round but we seem to be stuck in an ever decreasing circle of terrible candidates. I'm so dull to who our next manager is going to be as I know full well it will be the 5th or 6th option and be the 17th highest paid manager in the league... Glasner, Frank, Iraola, Silva... none of them excite me. All look ok with a team with little to no ambition other than PL survival... it appears we are now joining those clubs so maybe one of these four will be perfect for Levy... here is your objective. Please stay in the Premier League. To be fair. I do think that this is a bigger issue than just at Spurs.
Per this article from 2023, the average tenure for a manager in a top flight club across Europe is 16 months.

Not saying that it isn't an issue for us. But we aren't the only club with this issue.
Romero has form for it.
Didn't we sack Jol at half-time of a UEFA Cup tie against Getafe?

If Spurs get a multi goal battering and the crowd are calling out Levy; Ange gets sacked in the morning.

It was a cunt's trick.I was at that game, the rumours quickly spread and we were singing his name.
It was a sad way for him to go.
Yep I've already started hating Iraola, Frank, Glasner and Silva in advance, more efficient that way.It doesn't matter who the next manager is... his managerial longevity here at Spurs will be 18-24 months. So no point getting sucked into supporting a new manager who won't be here come year 3.
