Agree. If Ange is replaced, his successor at a minimum needs to be coming in with EPL experience AND having won a trophy. Only Oliver Glasner (Europa League and FA Cup) fits the bill, not even Poch fits this criteria.Whatever pressure Ange will be under if he stays, the new manager will feel x1000 of that if he goes with a trophy drought broken.
This is a much harder decision than most of us are giving credit for, also lets be honest if you've spent the last few months saying "he should go even if we win Europa" which even included me, we didnt trully believe he was going to win that trophy. When rumours of fractured dressing rooms and bust ups were emerging, we didnt think every one of those players would be willing to jump off that bus they were on for him today.
The Marco Silvas of the world are off limits for me now, at a minimum you have to have won a trophy to come in.
Poch won trophies with PSG after us.Agree. If Ange is replaced, his successor at a minimum needs to be coming in with EPL experience AND having won a trophy. Only Oliver Glasner (Europa League and FA Cup) fits the bill, not even Poch fits this criteria.

And comes back to guide us to 18th, fuck that
Are we really counting the French Farmers League? LOL
17th in league. Gone.
Aside from winning the league with Moneychester Shitty, he hasn't done squat
In your dreams...in mine too actually...
Agree with your comments, and I think Ange has probably peakedI was talking to my old man about him at half time, and put Eddie Howe up as a comparison. He worked a lot of miracles at Bournemouth, but couldn't maintain it as he had the best of his team sold from under him.
He then got the Newcastle gig and, after a bit of up and down, has got them both a cup and CL. Maybe by the skin of his teeth, but he's still building a squad to compete at the very highest level.
I can see that kind of managerial ability in Frank TBH. He may not have any honours to his name as yet, but every manager starts out at 0 until they get the opportunity.
Of course there will be reservations, but his actual abilities as a coach shouldn't really be up for questioning.
If we do part ways with AP, which I do think will be the upshot regardless, we could do a lot worse than Frank.
4 x Coppa Italia winner (twice with Inter, 1 with Fiorentina and 1 with Lazio)Aside from winning the league with Moneychester Shitty, he hasn't done squat
Ok, I stand corrected. But he's not really relevant anymore, he's in the Saudi league lol. Hasn't really won anything since the 2020 Euros.4 x Coppa Italia winner (twice with Inter, 1 with Fiorentina and 1 with Lazio)
2 x Supercoppa Italiana winner with Inter
3 x Serie A winner with Inter (back to back to back)
And the 2020 Euros.
To say that Mancini has done nothing is blatantly false.
