I'd be up for giving him the start of the season, defence will be much better if Cuti (if he stays) and VDV remian fit. If Madders can't remain fit, then needs shipped out.
 
If the board remove the emotion from the decision, and look at it objectively it should be a relatively straight forward decision.

The league is the biggest indicator of performance, it's the bread and butter.

The decision should be to let him go.

Only thing that can be more painful, even unbearably painful, is another year with those clueless tactics leading to loss after loss.

We can give him as long as he wants. He’s a fucking shit manager, it’s blindingly obvious from 2 PL seasons. He’s been fucking abysmal after that first 10 games.

But he won a trophy so some people want to suck him off because they’re stupid and think that makes him a good manager. No, it just makes him in the latest in a long line of shit managers who have won a trophy.

The right move is to say thanks very much and fuck off. The alternative is to keep him until he proves again how fucking shit he is. Then sack him. I hope we make the right move…

If that us true regarding a meeting then, two things come to mind.
1- to discuss what can be done to improve the squad for next year.
2- A parting of the ways, despite winning a trophy i think ange has to go.
A great talker but not great in setting teams up organisationally , he has been undone by most managers and teams because, we are too easy to play against.
Team never looks coached and most games are a mess if we are honest.
If they decide to keep him, how long do they give it next season if things continue.
I think it’s a case of thanks for trophy mate but time to go.

Yep I think he needs to go, get a new manager in and give him the players he wants with the CL money. Hopefully with a full pre season we can start with a bang, full of confidence and no pressure on us as we’ve won a trophy. A clean slate.

I can’t wait for us to get a real coach and manager that can make all our players better and win nothing!!!

I keep hearing Ange is utter shit and it will all be better with Silva or Frank or Iraola and they’d be able to turn our players into world beaters with better coaching!! Fucking delusional.

How many very good managers out there have won fuck all that managed in the Europa league this season. The answer is all of them apart from one.

I honestly can’t understand why people at this moment in time want to fucking moan about Ange just now when he’s delivered us a trophy. Fans are fickle cunts.

I’m not an Ange in guy but he’ll forever have a place in my heart no matter how utterly shit the league was this season.

Enjoy this time now people because it might be a long time before we see it again. Some of us might never. Using time and energy being depressing cunts when you should be enjoying every minute of this is bonkers to me.

We can debate later on about this but be happy for once !!!!

A decision has to be made about his future very soon, that's why its being debated.
