Whether he is or isn't going 100% isn't being decided in the coming days.

I don't like him as our manager but I can't deny the man deserves a holiday with his family and some peace from the media and frothing fans.

Just suck it up. Some of you sound like kids who want Christmas to come early.
Personally, if i was him - i would prefer to know whether my holidays are just couple weeks or permanent :)

Agree on al your points and yes there is a big correlation between match going fans and online. I just think online can create a false narrative sometimes.

I don't agree with too much fan power either. I think Man United is suffering because they've spent the last 10 years trying to please their fans by making short term signings. Falcao, Di Maria, Ibrahimovic, Pogba, Varane, Ronaldo, Casemiro, De ligt, Ugarte were all signings driven by the fans. The Ronaldo one in particular which actually destroyed the rebuild Ole had started. Sometimes the unpopular decision is the best long term decision for the club.

It's a tough one because the supporters are right on some important things, such as where the new stadium ought to be, and they ought to protest about that. But I agree you should not be buying players based on social media trends or sacking managers because of something other than reviewing their performance and results at the end of the season.

Like it or not. He's staying.

Pitt-Brooke can absolutely fuck off with this framing.

"grass is greener..."

Fuck off,. We ended 7 points off being in the friggin championship.

He'd never dare take this line with his club ( City).

Piss off.

Yep, the journo is talking shit for sure, manager should have gone months ago and is lucky to still be in a job.
I don't see how, ange is suddenly going to change his set up.from a mess, into a well coached and structured side.
Apart from the last couple of rounds of the EL when, he set the team up to sit deeper, they have for the most part gone out onto the pitch without any noticeable plan and play their own game.

What do we think the players want? Maybe they want Ange in?
They probably do because its easy street isnt it. No consequences to losing, not slagged off, dropped or called out (unless you're Timo Werner) , clearly simplistic training sessions. Happy days. Its like kids with a supply teacher, they dont learn anything but its good to just muck around.

Romero is genuine world class and won us that Europa League on his own. He stood up when it mattered. We can't keep selling our best players! I care.
He's stunk - and played with minimal interest and effort - the vast majority of the season.

And I'm not going to pretend that he hasn't.

I'm not going to pretend that I haven't witnessed what I have throughout the whole season.

I quite like actual reality.

He was poor earlier in the season and then got injured for 3 months. But all his performances in the KO stages of the Europa League were elite. He was way too good for that competition. He is genuine world class and it'll be sad to lose him. He starts for any team in the world.
