Turkey is nowhere near as concentrated at the top as Scotland.

That league has been won by 6 different teams since 2010, and 4 since 2020, none of whom is Fener.

Absolutely its possibly which might contextualise the achievement. It will be lovely to watch all his weird fans start supporting Forrest. If it happens it will not last long is my guess.
