Back in a job at one of only 6 English teams to have won the European cup. Incredible scenes.

And people on here said he wouldn’t get another job. Clueless!!
Not Ange. You.
You know who you are.

Anyone fancy a game of Postecoglou press conference bingo?

My 5 picks over the next few months.

I always win things in my second season.
It’s who I am mate.
Sleeping giant.
He’s got a hamstring injury.
I don’t look at the league table mate.

Hmm curious to see how this turns out, let's see how he manages a team going from playing contain and counter to hyper attacking without a pre season, it has flop written all over it but I let's see if he's learnt anything about the Premier League in the time he was with us.

Funny to think that there were people adamant that he wasn't going to see the cold light of day in the Prem ever again

He's probably learnt that you can't half arsed the league to chase cup success

He never thought that in the first place. It was a retrospective distraction for how shite he was in the PL.

You don't go from (paraphrased) "I wouldn't even think about losing to Man City on purpose to stop Woolwich winning. It is unbelievable to not want to win every game" to "yeah mate, look - I just thought it was a waste of time to win in the league when I could gamble my way to a continental cup final with the same performances"

It’s only a knock
Anyone who knows anything about my journey to get here….

Unlike when he took over here, Forest already have a solid spine and a settled defence. He won’t have to create a team pretty much from scratch like he did here when he lost Kane/Lloris and so many newbies like Udogie, Sarr, Vicario, VDV, Maddison and Johnson came into the starting XI.

Whether he succeeds there will depend on how much he deviates from the principles that Nuno embedded. I actually think they have some players who are quite well suited to play attacking football like Williams, Aina, Elanga, MGW but Ange goes beyond attacking football into kamikaze territory. He will not be able to play Milenkovic and Murillo on the halfway line while everyone else pushes to the edge of the opposing box.

I think he can probably be a bit more bold than Nuno without breaking the team, but I’m very curious to see if he can resist the temptation to try full on Angeball again. Especially as his new chairman will interfere and undermine him in ways that even Levy wouldn’t dare do.

Should make things more fascinating than normal with that clown Marinakis and Ange in the headlines.

If things don't go well, will be interesting as the pressure builds and the likely needling from the press.

Normally you would say they are safe more from the quality of the league , mind you this season none of the recently promoted clubs sit in the bottom 3 after 3 games, Sunderland have bought in some good players as well so my money is on them staying up, Leeds might also surprise us so this season who knows , if he suffers a injury plague like he did for us and goes deep in the EL then yeah its possible they go down!
Yeah. Wolves and Brentford, maybe even Spam will be in trouble this season I think. And I'd add Forest in to that now also. Still don't think they will go down, but definitely no higher than 14th place with Angelos

I doubt he'll last even 6 months at Forest.

Only way he will is if he shows he's learnt anything from his tenure at Spurs, but somehow I doubt it, seeing how he reverted right back to type after the Europa final.

Do well - define that?
Make them an entertaining team who always play on the front foot. If they avoid injuries then they'll score alot of goals and win a lot of games. Hard to see them finish top 6 but imagine midtable with a very exciting brand of football.

I also think they've a big chance in the Europa League now. Ange has great experience from winning it with us last year and that has to be worth something.
