Ange was out of his depth and had a massive ego , somewhat unjustifiably. However if he does ok which I think is unlikely I will be fine with it .
A worse manager but a better man than Jose or Conte imho , admittedly a low bar

Being lucky is not a bad trait to have tbh

Whether or not his luck runs out or not, he has ridden it to the max from Australian football all the way to the PL ........and ultimately European football glory

Winning it was still a great achievement for a club of our stature but let’s not pretend we had to beat anyone good. With the exception of Frankfurt every team we played in the knockouts would be a relegation contender in the PL.

It's totally baffling the amount of hate Ange gets from fans of the club that has won fuck all in over 40 years and he is the guy that delivered a trophy and not just any trophy a fucking European trophy

Yes we were horrid in the league last season but come on, it all ended well and those Bilbao memories will live forever. :angecup:

Do you go to games? if you do, and still feel that way, respect.

For me he ruined one of the things that brings me true pleasure, going to the Lane.

The European trophy was amazing, but I can't get past what I had to endure for the rest of the season.

I.said it was a horrid season in the league, and for that he was sacked even though he delivered the Europa league.

I'm thankful for the trophy and memories but I understand and accept the club had to make the change and now Frank has all my backing just like any manager who is in charge of the club.

I think if he plays the same way and you’re a PL coach who doesn’t beat Forest this season then they should lose their job. I’ve never seen a team so easy to beat. Definitely not a spurs team anyway and there’s been enough candidates over the last three decades or so I’ve supported us
