What a twat you are.

Acting smug, coz you cherry picked a small part of the quote.

What happened to this bit "There is an absolute convoy of great managers..." of the quote refering to more managers than were named?

Once again, the brain rotted Ange fans, showing why they are brain rotted...

Deeerrrrr I wonder if I I post this bit, people won't read the whole quote in context.... Deeerrrrr luv u Ange, your so great even though you finished 17th losing 22 games... Deerrrrr
Neville was referring to those names he had just listed you turd. If he meant to include more than those he would have said 'et cetera' or 'many others' or something along those lines at the end. If he did INDEED mean more managers and didn't include George Graham and Ramos, it's on Neville who doesn't think they are great managers. On the context of those names listed, in an interview setting, Ange's witty and cheeky response was still factual - none of them won shit.

You could have watched, I bet you didn't. You would have known if you had. If you watched and still couldn't get it, then you're the issue. Lol. Cherry picking you said? Because it's obvious you are the one nitpicking just to slag.

But we get you. You can continue your abuse to people just because others hold a different opinion to yours. Lol. In this thread when it comes to who's the joke, those who knows will know.

Ange spoke truths. You gotta listen
I didn’t have much of an issue with what he said about the ownership etc. as it’s nothing we didn’t already know, although I think he could have shown the club a bit more respect with some of his ‘spursy’ comments.

It was pretty plain he clearly doesn’t take any personal responsibility for our awful league form and there was an awful lot of deflection going on..

What I thought was quite hypocritical of the interview was where pundits like Carragher and Neville have been quite scathing of his performance as a manager, sat there blowing smoke up his arse!

And Carragher just last week or the week before said Spurs should Frank as it was too soon. Neville before has jumped to defend the ownership when they've been called into question, and he was the first one to say we won't ever be serious with this board.

Ange always preferred gossiping in the media to actual Premier League management. What he says isn't too far off the truth — it still just masks over the 18 months of relegation form.

As for Carragher and co., they don't care as long as their shows get nominated for some award. Having Ange on twice in two weeks is overkill.

Ironically it was still done at the wrong time because Dyche got sacked after Ange's next interview.

But they got me to click on it and get angry about it so they win.

FACTS
2022/2023 We finished 8th.....No Europe.
2023/2024 We finished 5th.....missed out on 4th by 2 points.
2024/2025 We finished 17th....BUT
- We were NEVER a chance for relegation. The last 10 games we won 1, drew 1 and lost 8.
- We had the worst injury crisis ever.
- We won the EL Cup AND qualified for CL in 2025/2026.

OPINION
If we had kept Ange on, we would have won the Super Cup against PSG, and we would probably now be in the top 4 on the table.
They should of backed him for the transfers he wanted.....Neto, Mbeumo, Semenyo, Guehi.
And he'd have the dressing room 100% behind him.

All the wannabe armchair critics on here think he was a bad manager?
Looks like a bloody impressive record to me!
And in my opinion he was, is and will be the most unsufferable and downright most pathetic person this club has ever given a contract to.

Atleast the amount of idiots giving him credit or respect on here is also getting quiet. The ones still doing so after the full interview can fuck off completely

It does not matter if Europe is weak or strong, the trophies are there to be won and we won one and beat United to boot in the final. That has been one of my best days as a supporter for a long time and I am grateful to Ange for being the manager. All those that shit on him need to try and achieve what he has instead of hurling insults left right and center. Just all mouth and trousers with no backbone!

Just seen that he thinks it was the right move to ditch Frank, honestly this guy is a fucking master fraudster, by his own admission he should have been binned this time last year being that he was also out of both domestic cups, also in the bottom quarter of the table, and in the latter stages of a lesser European competition having finished in the same place in the table in the league stage, this also being while still having Son on the books and having Maddison, Kulu and Solanke available throughout the group matches.
Such a slimy fucking prick he can't even do the magnanimous thing that literally any current or former manager of any club would do and parrot the usual platitudes about giving managers time, being patient, the difficulties of the job, etc, how anyone can feel affinity to this absolute fucking slug of a human being is so far beyond me.

I suspect you've been done in by AI reporting/misinterpreting what Postecoglou ACTUALLY said.

The quote going around by the AI slop you've been reading is "it's a fair departure"

But if you've actually watched the interview Postecoglou is defending Frank because he's saying it's a "fair departure" from the type of squad/football Postecoglou had been building. So Frank was walking into yet another fucking switch up from an ownership that can't decide what type of football they want to play - and build a squad accordingly.

He was actually defending Frank and you've fallen for AI slop click bait. He never once said Frank should have been sacked.

Or maybe he did and I can't find it anywhere. Please provide a source if so.

At what point does he take a brief respite from shitting on the club to defend Frank? He, at best, gives benefit of the doubt as to whether Frank knew what he was walking in to when he signed the contract, then proceeds to stroke his own metaphorical manhood a bit more by comparing himself to Frank whilst very intentionally using a phrase like "its not like its a progression from me", implying an improvement built on a strong foundation. He goes on to claim he "built that squad to play a certain way" but we won the competition that serves as the only saving grace of his managerial tenure playing more negatively than Frank has in the last 6 weeks with more senior players available.

Such a "loser mentality" on here and within the club heirarchy.
Last season we actually WON something and you denigrate it because we finished 17th!
Who cares if we finished 17th, we were never at risk of relegation and we won the EL Cup.

Oh, you'll say, under Poch, we were always in the top six and one season we actually finished second!
Whoopy Do.
We finished top of the list of LOSERS!

We've won the PL twice, along with Derby, Burnley, PNE and Portsmouth. (sterling company eh.)
Tied 15th on the all time winners list.
And the rest of the big six have all won at least 6, with our arch rivals on 13!

Where is the "Winning Mentality"?

Ange won the Title in AUS, Japan and Scotland.
He said from day one that he "Always plays to Win" and further that "It will take 3 or 4 seasons to get where I want to be and challenging for the PL".

Did this forum back him? Some of them.
Did the club heirarchy back him? Absolutely not.
