Spurs has been one of the things that's kept me going ..... through all this shit. I'm still a positive, pro active, driven person John, always will be, I love life, love my family, love Spurs....

I wish you could have what I have John, I'm the lucky one...... I'm glad I'm not a miserable fucker like you. Most people get to a point in life where they realise for them to be happy in themselves they need to delete negative cunts like you from there lives ..... so John, please do me a favour and fuck off you miserable snidey Gooner cunt.

There have been some moments in a football club’s journey, where not only their fans, but other clubs take notice.

Pep to City, made me take notice. His track record and he came to the PL.
When Liverpool signed Klopp, his record at Dortmund, made me take notice.
Jose coming to the PL at Chelsea, claiming to be the special one and delivering the goods, made me and other clubs and fans take notice.

Jose to Spurs, a false dawn, it did not happen.

Newcastle, like it or not, everybody has taken notice.
Suddenly, from being written off, perpetual no hopers, trophy cabinet virtually bare whilst others are filling theirs. Clubs and their fans are forced to take notice of Spurs, because Conte has come.

Clearly Conte and Poch were the top two targets and Paratici would have loved to get either in. For whatever reason it didn't happen so they had to pivot onto other shitter targets.

The good thing is they reacted quickly and pulled the trigger and got our number one target (4 months late).

I'm happy with what Paratici has done so far:

In:
- CONTE ffs
- Romero: will be our defensive rock for years
- Emerson: ependable option in what was our weakest area
- Gil/Sarr: bright talents
- Gollini: meh... better than Hart at least

Out:
- Aurier FINALLY
- Sissoko FINALLY
- other bits of dross

Pretty sure he will oversee some shrewd deals in Jan. For a complete midfield overhaul I wouldn't be surprised to see Brozovic arrive and Kessie on pre contract for summer. The rumblings about Vlahovic are positive too.

He's been here 4/5 months and that's already a huge impact. By the end of next summer's transfer window I think we will be a different beast.

I think that we should get Kessie in January.
He may cost a few million, but it shows real intent.
Conte has been after him for a couple of years now. I wouldn’t miss out on a target by playing levy ball.

It's better than not doing the right thing by the club.

He could have replaced Nuno with Martinez. I'm fully aware that he's looking out for number one, but at least this is a hugely positive move in the right direction.

If he backs Conte properly there's literally nothing more he can do.

Not that the penny-pinching twat will actually back him.
 
It'll really becomes pointless if Conte isn't allowed to do his job properly. So you'd imagine that he'll have some sort of warchest to work with, whether or not it'll be enough time will tell. Hopefully for fucks sake Conte is backed properly (repeating recent mistakes would be foolish) and the first-class training facilities and stadium will be utilised properly.
 
I don't know about anyone else either but I'm just glad I'll have a real reason to get up at 530 am now to watch the games. Win or lose, as long as it's entertaining then I'm willing to give him all 18 months before I even attempt to critique him at the helm. Absolutely ecstatic.

He should be, even the little details count when it comes to Levy and I'm sure Conte knows all the tricks.

Anyone else notice that we have an actual "manager" again and not just a "head coach"?

Well, I think the situation and predicament we are in, player morale and attitude is majorly the reason I am all for this.
Him coming in right off the back of Mourinho wouldn’t honestly have earned my support.
Then I see Kane needing to be in a chokehold to realize he is a footballer, and Dier needing to be told he is not permitted to be Sh*t, with players all not inspired or motivated and I feel he is exactly the type of coach we need right now.
These lot would frustrate Guardiola, the only other coach that perhaps can light up their arses is Klopp.
So I am fully in support of A.conte
In 2 seasons I really would love potter to come in for footballing reasons.
