Play a back 4 then ? He did end up doing that halfway through the first leg and we improved a lot. Why not just do that from the start if players for a back 5 are injured instead of making doherty play on the wrong side (where he was never going to be good). Its self sabotage.

it can be done, with some optimism, enthusiasm, a lot of work and trust in these players, that realistically will remain until the end of the season (because nobody want them)
if there is the possibility to swap 1-2 players in this transfer market ok, otherwise head down, work and shut up

That's pretty much confirming the focus is on the league and CL qualification. If we look like that's possible, then it's more likely to attract the type of player we need, and it also brings more revenue to pay for signings.

Look if you think the only thing our squad is missing is a backup striker then fair enough. I don't agree. We made such hard work of the Conference League which we should have gone through at a canter, the Morcambe match was horrific. We only started competing last night when Chelsea realised the tie was done and dusted and eased off. Our strongest 11 is decent but not great. Once we start losing players to injury or need a rotation then things fall apart.
We have a fantastic manager, he needs backed. He isn't here to coast towards retirement, he's here to win.

Yet I still want new owners for this club, funny that isn't it...however I'm not one to jump on the anti ENIC bandwagon just for the sake of it and just because all the nutjob 5G antivaxers are doing it.
If you're brain is unable to accept that people might have a different opinion to you and wish to express something contradictory to your line of thinking I would suggest you don't visit forums, try Twitter much more shouty, opinated and extreme and much more of an echo chamber which is presume is more the level of debate you can handle.
I like to engage in critical thinking and nuanced debates and approach shit with an open mind, far too complex for those who choose to continually throw their toys out the pram - sue me.

As tragic as it would be to lose a coach like Conte - it may be the catalyst for a significant change. IE ENIC hounded out of our club.
