Seeing the headlines of us sacking him and it makes us look so amateur.
Completely agree. We should be firing him out of cannon into a giant bowl of custard.

How many matches this year can we look back on now and be reflect, "wow, we really came in with a great tactical approach that maximized what we do well and took advantage of what the opponent does not do well?"Worth looking back to Conte's exit from Chelsea :
Conte - “I have great ambition but I don’t have money for Chelsea,” said Conte in March 2018 after Chelsea had spent £240m on new players since winning the league.
“The club knows very well what my idea is, what my ambition is. That is very clear. When you decide to work with this type of coach, you must understand that you take a coach with great ambition. Not a loser but a winner. And that ambition must always be shared.”
So Conte dissing the Chelsea owners for 'only' spending £240m. No surprise then for recent outbursts. Always someone else's fault.
Before taking a new job I do my own due diligence on my prospective employers - I can't think Conte does less. so he'll have known the level of Spurs spend. And Conte's probably been backed more than any other Spurs manager.
Sure Spurs might have spent more - but Conte's not used Spence (last night Spence helped nullify Messi and Mbappe, so clearly talented) hasn't been used and nor Danjuma recently. Spurs and Conte were certainly unlucky in buying Richarlison and Bissouma both injured a lot this season, but that's not foreseeable, nobody's fault. Perisic very obviously a Conte signing, good for first 3 months but already looking jaded and not a top signing. etc. Not using Skipp or Sarr before Bentancur was injured - hence we were often fielding tired players in CM.... the list goes on
Conte's picking the team, deciding tactics and timing of subs, the team starting too slowly in many matches, tactics of not going forward so putting pressure on his defence and non use of subs is fully down to him etc are all parts of the coaches job. If those decisions had been made better we'd have won several recent games and been 10 points ahead of where we are now - even with this team.
So many of the issues really are about Conte. His job is to manage the players he has, and to get the best out of them. He hasn't.
Not to mention the constant cries of "patience" from the guy who won't commit to the club and makes it seem like we're beneath him/he's doing us a massive favor just by being here.Nah. I'll give Levy a pass with this one.
If we were doing well and just missing out on success then fine but we're not.
We're playing awful football.
We only play to our potential once every five/six matches.
We're underachieving.
We need to improve the squad but even our top players are not playing well.
That's all on Conte for me.
I don't dislike the guy. I didn't dislike Jose. But I dislike their football and that's the clincher for me.
You know.... Marcelo Gallardo
It's time for him to go, he clearly can't wait to be sacked.
Something I'm not looking forward to is the recrimination. He'll be painted as a victim in some quarters - sacked with the team 4th which is a "miracle", still recovering from an operation, unmanageable team.
So reports he's about to be sacked and we will let Mason run the team until the end of the season..
Why?
If we are sacking him get the bloke we want in charge next season now. Nothing against Mason but Christ alive we are still in the hunt for CL. If it's Poch we want again as reported get him in now 100%.
Nah. I'll give Levy a pass with this one.

Maybe the new manager we want to get in either doesn't want to take over the team mid season or are currently still in a job.
The point is this. Not sure of your point.
Tbh, my beef at the end Jose's reign was with the players. I agree with what Conte said about the players now.
But the players aren't gonna start playing for him now so he has to go.
This is as good as you're gonna get in terms of factual evidence, Conte wanted him, he also wanted and got Perisic which was 100% his signing (which we will get into later) You still gonna tell me he has no input into transfers?
Guessing that Danjuma got his head turned by the money by the looks of this:

Villarreal boss explains ‘logical’ Danjuma decision as Spurs near loan signing
Quique Setien said Arnaut Danjuma’s “head is not there” after asking to leavewww.standard.co.uk
The club have been looking for a left sided winger since last season, Diaz would have been our player had Liverpool not stepped in, this Jan we made a bid for Trossard and agreed a fee with Udinese for Deulofeu but he got injured, that seems like a plan to me.
Not sure what your point about training is, you don't get a chance to show your talent in training, it's not the same as playin a match, Conte didn't try Spence once in the cup matches when he could have played him against lesser opposition, why?
Also...defence comes first yet he asked for Peresic and constantly plays him yet he cannot defend to save his life, make it makes sense.
Neither has Kulusevski what's your point
Ask yourself whether players can prove a net positive in the team, it's not just about goals, it's about ball retention, picking the ball up in tight spaces, link up play...everything Son hasn't been doing this season, maybe just maybe moves wouldn't be so quick to break down if we had other players playing in the team.
This is interesting, you say it takes time so why has he only signed an 18 month contract? Why has he not committed further to the project? Why is he bailing with 2 months to go on his contract. He said himself it takes 'another 3 transfer windows' when the window closed, we've had 1 since then.
I would have ensured that I got another CB in if I were in his position or failing that I probably would have changed the formation from time to time, not every match did we need 3 at the back.
Levy has relinquished £200m of the club's money so I'm looking at recruitment, so if that's the case then Paratici and Conte ought to be on the same page in terms of incomings so what's happened there?
The style from last season was indefinitely different to this season, we actually had a style and some sort of semblance of Conte ball game plan, we have only seen a glimpse of that this season.
Interesting you've mentioned Poch but he was responsible for getting those players up to that level in both ability and mentality so if he's capable of it then an elite coach should be as well.
Yeah well I think it's time we fully commit to the idea of a project manager and go back to go forward and if that means selling Kane then so be it, I'm here for it.
I didn't say he deserves a free pass forever. Just say he does on this one.The point is this.
You say you give Levy a pass on this one. And you blame the players for Jose's demise.
But if Levy hires 10 permanent managers who win 61 (SIXTY ONE!) trophies between them before and after managing Spurs, but just 1 between the WHOLE LOT of them in all their time managing Spurs, I think the evidence is pretty irrefutable that the real problem is Levy himself.
So why does he deserve a free pass
He hires and fires them all. And when he hires winners, they all mysteriously become losers.
