Rotate a lot from the Burnley side to rest them for next PL match.

Hart
Aurier, Sanchez, Alderweireld, Davies
Lo Celso, Winks
Bale, Dele, Bergwijn
Vinicius
But most of the rested on bench available if required.

Think we will need Reguilon to keep Lamptney quiet hence resting him and playing Davies.

A few subs around 60 minutes - doubt if Bale can do the full 90, rest Alderweireld in case we want him next match.

Need to keep momentum running and win this.

Hart
Aurier - Sanchez - Dier - Reguilon
Winks
Lo Celso - Dele
Bale - Vinicius - Bergwijn

Give Doherty and Davies games here. Don't really want to see them starting against Brighton, but it keeps their fitness levels up, also potentially gives them confidence and a chance to try and make the positions their own.

Rest Hojbjerg please. Was starting to look tired in the second half. Winks and Sissoko is horrible as we know but it's more than enough for Antwerp and Lo Celso in there gives us some excitement.

Same front three that caused LASK problems deserves to start.

0-2
Vinicius x2

Really need to win these next 4 matches in EL and PL, should all be 'winnable' :

Thursday 29 Oct - Antwerp (A) EL
Sunday 1 Nov - Brighton (H) PL
Thursday 5 Nov - Ludogrets (A) EL
Saturday 7 Nov - WBA (A) PL
International Break
Saturday 21 Nov - ManCity (A) PL

After the international break in November/December Spurs have a number of tough PL matches with ManCity, Chelsea, Woolwich. Liverpool, Leicester and Wolves once a week with EL games mid week - so we will need to focus the squad on those PL games.

Best way to do that is to win the next 2 EL games v Antwerp and Ludogrets which is almost enough to get through the EL group - but rotating enough to keep players fresh.

Wouldn't mind seeing White off the bench in next 2 EL games - he's a DM type who could be useful after international break to help rest Hojbjerg - played well both this pre-season v Championship clubs who are not unlike our EL group opponents, and also in Preseason 2019 aged 17 (19 a month ago)

After a supreme performance against Burnley, I think Toby will want to play this match. Boyhood club and all that, I'd give him the armband.

He also did great things for Antwerp during the Lockdown.

Only thing is that he should play against Brighton too. Not sure if JM will be sentimental.

Booked the night off work to catch this. Looking forward to seeing some of the more peripheral boys in action. Some fans will be in attendance too, is that right?

Would start rondon over toby. Toby was great today. Maybe after the bang in the eye and lots of games he's due a rest

Based on his faultless performance tonight really only one lineup that makes sense;

[FORMATION=451,Rodon,Rodon,Rodon,Rodon,Rodon,Rodon,Rodon,Rodon,Rodon,Rodon,Rodon,[/FORMATION]

[/FORMATION]

Surprisingly good odds on him scoring the first goal too, bet your house on it.

And before you say it, I have heard from my ITK on this forum that it's Rondon who is ineligible so we should be fine.

Can we play Rondo instead

Would rather sit Sissoko and instead play Dele as a 10 (4-2-3-1).
