Areas with a lot of Spurs fans....

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

There are a lot of spurs fans down here on the south east coast (Littlehampton, Worthing, Brighton area).

When I was a kid (10-15) in football training we used to play Spurs fans VS because half the squad were yids.

There’s a splattering of south coast “Mancs” and the Liverpool fans.

I think I’ve known 4 Goon fans off the top of my head counting everyone I went to school with or have worked or socialised with. Spurs are overwhelmingly the most supported going back to the 80s when I started supporting. (Though perhaps I register people that are Spurs more than I do other sides).

One things very clear. Spurs fans are proper fans in so much as they eat, sleep, drink it. Whereas you get a lot of Utd fans, for example, that literally don’t know when or who they are playing half the time but start crowing the minute they look like winning something. (Perhaps as we start to get more successful the downside will be we may start seeing our fan base acquiring those sorts of fans).

Interesting so many more yids than goons down there. I have heard others say the same thing so may not be your confirmation bias.

I was basically the only Spurs fan growing up in West Wales (due to my dad being from London) of course there where a lot of Swansea fans and even a few Cardiff. But the number of dippers today has gone through the roof. It's nuts the liberty stadium isn't far from where I live and all the kids rounds here are wearing red shirts. Yuck.

Used to be a mob from Hastings back in the 70s.
