And given their current position, the value is probably heavily influenced by the fact that the new owner will either have add to that debt (or put personal funds in) or risk seeing them go the way of Leeds and the like.

They could probably double their value if they sold Hutton. Not for his transfer value, just by not having him at the club anymore.....
 


imo, Villa and West Ham will never be globally popular as they have horrid team colours.
