I've always classified bald as having a shiny head. It's a controversial opinion but I reckon any less and you just have head-stubble, which doesn't quite cut the mustard.

That may be from before my time, but it's reminded me of the guy from Georgia (might be somewhere else) that played for Newcastle, something Ketsbaia? I never remember seeing him play but he was lethal on Road to World Cup '98 on the N64 so he must be bloody good.
