If Raphinha signs for Barca (which is very likely) and Ousmane Dembele extends his contract with Barca, I doubt they'll go for Adama Traore - particularly if they also sign a new CF (Lewandowksi now being their main target. Report: FC Barcelona offered Bayern Munich star Robert Lewandowski a four-year deal) . Unless, of course, Traore is happy with not being a regular starter or decides to play RB (both possibilities could in fact happen though)

Raphinha 'agrees FIVE-YEAR deal with Barcelona as negotiations continue with Leeds over a transfer fee'... with Cesar Azpilicueta also 'close' to a move to the Nou Camp this summer

  • Leeds winger Raphinha has reportedly agreed a five-year deal with Barcelona
  • The Whites rejected Barca's latest transfer offer of £29million for the Brazilian
  • But the Catalan club hope that this new breakthrough will force Leeds' hand
  • Raphinha's agent Deco continues to negotiate with the Elland Road hierarchy
  • Chelsea's Cesar Azpilicueta is also reportedly close to agreeing a Nou Camp deal

Wages wise they still need to save 4eur for every 1eur they save, this is their version of ffp and they are well off even with Spotify money.

Dembele (been their best player the past few months) may stay but its unlikely so they have his wages to play with but not sure what other wage earners will make an impact for Lewandowski.

Yes, they need to be very good at "balancing" their books to be able to add the players they want (and need).
it will help that they have many players they want to sell. From what I understand, if they add a LB, RF, CF and LF they will sell all the following players if they get "decent" offers for them:
Neto, Alejandro Balde, Clément Lenglet, Samuel Umtiti, Sergiño Dest. Moussa Wagué, Álvaro Sanz, Ricard «Riqui» Puig, Sergi Roberto,Philippe Coutinho, Ez Abde, Ferran Jutglà, Memphis Depay, Luuk de Jong, Martin Braithwaite, Trincão,

Where did that list come from?

Won't get decent offer for Coutinho (contract is up)

Umtiti can't give away

New signing Ferran Torres

A few of them won't go without getting wages paid.

They can spend 1/2 of any incoming fees and 1/4 of freed up costs on wages.

Oh yes, they will have problems trying to move some of those players - particularly Umitit, who's on a high salary and he's been very injury prone.

PS! Ferran Torres should not be on that "out" list.

Robert Lewandowski 'AGREES terms over stunning switch to Barcelona' as he 'tells Bayern Munich CEO Oliver Kahn that he WON'T sign a new contract with the German giants'

  • Robert Lewandowski is contracted at Bayern Munich for just one further season
  • Barcelona have been linked over a move for the Polish striker in recent weeks
  • Reports in Poland have suggested that Lewandowski won't sign a new contract
  • It's said that he has already agreed terms with Barcelona over a future move

Barcelona: In desperate need of money to meet La Liga regulations and to be able to register new players.

Also Barcelona: We have not calculated selling players into our budget nor do we plan to sell players.

What a strange club.
