This is an absolute must win after today's result. We looked slow, lethargic and disinterested. It's like we completely took our foot off the gas.

Maybe Conte being a little more distant with Covid and the players being given a few days off really went to our heads! I think we need the stick approach this week over the carrot!

With United playing Liverpool on Tuesday and Woolwich playing Chelsea on wed - Pool and Chelsea wins would go a long way for a bit of breathing space.

Brentford are currently the only team Kane has faced in the PL without scoring, equally this is the only PL ground Kane has played in without scoring.

We didn't register a single shot on target today, that's a concern.

PS; Obv it will also be nice to see this guy :eriksenserious: but I hope we save the kisses and cuddles for after the game.

This is war.

Some one better throw up at full time because Conte better get a response from this lot. Disgrace of a performance against Brighton and we have a long way to go before top 4 is wrapped up. Probably the most important season for this club in a very long time. We need CL football

Nobody has been able to beat Brentford when Eriksen starts, including Chelsea and West Ham. We have played like shit in the first half of our last three matches, if we do that again we are going to lose.

Kane needs to score to have a full set of Premier League teams he's scored against, Brentford are the only ones now. I'd expect a reaction - Brentford aren't going to play like Brighton did.

You'd expect a reaction after Brighton but god knows. Brentford have momentum, work very hard as a team, are dangerous on set pieces and they're very tactically aware which lets them punch above their weight. So a lot of components there we tend to struggle against.

But yeah .. only a fool would predict this one.
