What's the consensus on this kid?
He was really highly rated before the move (many thought he'd go to Bayern). Is he being played out of position? Having trouble adapting especially given his age?
High fee. New league. Different position. Young. Lampard is his manager.
Hard to really judge him for another year.

Raises a good question actually: why would a German youngster who is a supposed 'generational talent' leave the Bundesliga to join Chelsea rather than wait for the advances of Bayern?
Werner had a known annoyance with Bayern that made that deal different.
I'd like to hear from the bloke that told me we needed to raise our level to match Chelsea.
