The “fit and proper” test already allowed the likes of Abromovich, Shinawatra, Bin Salman and even Mike Ashley to buy clubs. Why they keep up this facade is anyone’s guess.Load of bollocks, was always going to happen.

God I hate Chavs. I'm so firm on this that when my 70 year old mum ask if I'd take her to the Chelsea flower show, told her to fuck off. Hampton Court or nothing.

They were never going to be destroyed, the government didn't want that on their hands. But Boehley is Kroenke light. This is very good for us. Roman was having to pump in £100M/yr to keep them spinning (and even then they've been receding for years). Boehley can't and won't do that.
