Agree that he's a cunt, but disagree that a manager that was an average player can't criticise or impact a good player's game. That's literally a manger's job & their history as a player doesn't matter when he talks to his players.
No, their history doesn't matter when talking to their players about their performance, when it's done privately. Not on the pitch, in front of the opposition and fans.
A manager is a manager. It doesn't matter how good you were as a footballer. You manage.
Otherwise he just becomes any other cunt in the stadium telling a person 1000 times the finisher he ever was/will be that he cannot finish and it's their fault the team came away with nothing.

Liverpool 44 points from 29 games = 1.517 points per game

Klopp 32 points from 21 games = 1.524 points per game

Massive upgrade eh, showing same form as a guy who the board felt was sackable

As Poch has proved, how about showing some COACHING credentials?

Aldo: Liverpool FC should have had Dele Alli - he's going to be a huge star

Dele Alli is going to be a star - make no mistake about that.

I baulk at the fact that Liverpool had this kid and let him go.

We’ve bought so many inept players over the last few years for so much money and you look at what we turned away, it really hurts me to see.

The kid wanted to play for Liverpool, he was a fan who loved Steven Gerrard when he was younger. He had a manager at MK Dons in Karl Robinson who was keen for him to go to Liverpool.

So to miss out on him and to now see what he’s doing for Spurs and for England, it is hard to take.

You can see what a player he’ll become, he can play in so many different positions.

I thought the England game against Germany was really enjoyable with some really good football played despite it being a friendly. With Germany and England though you never really get friendlies.

I was very impressed with a lot of the England players but I’m a big fan of Jamie Vardy and for me he changed the game when he came on.

He’s a late develop as a player, like myself, and he’s getting better and better. If he stays injury-free he can play well into his mid-30s.

If England are to have a chance at the Euro's, Harry Kane and Vardy must start.

When Wayne Rooney comes back, he’s got to go on the bench for me. It will be really valuable to have him there in the squad to help with so many young players. You’ve got to look at the situation as a whole and now is the ideal opportunity to develop a team for years to come.

Of the Liverpool players I thought Clyne did well. I’m a fan of his and he got down the outside well to cross for Vardy’s goal. He’s getting better as the season goes on as he becomes more confident.

I watched the game in Portugal and when Henderson popped that corner onto Dier’s head for the winner people were asking ‘why doesn’t he do that for Liverpool?’ My answer was that he doesn’t take most of them for Liverpool!

We all know how bad our corners have been for such a long time now, it’s ridiculous. They can’t get any worse so why not give them to Henderson for a while?

His favourite player was Gerrard, his coach at MK Dons wanted him to go up North, it doesn't make him a Dipper though. If anything I always thought he was a Chav fan.

I hate this mob, but in all honesty I would love this kind of thing at The Lane. I would also love to have a hostile greeting for the when the away coach arrives. Sol's home coming was a thing of beauty and should be replicated every week for the oppo.

The last time there were scenes like these outside Anfield was when they they played the chavs on their title loosing year...............hoping for a repeat.

Something like this would be great for next years Champions League.
