Liverpool are obviously a good side but they won 2 penalty shoot outs, which we all know are total crapshoots, and also got the easiest CL knockout run ever.

Brilliant team that were pipped by another brilliant team, Always felt the title would be decided by whoever won their recent game against City, which finished a draw.
They'll need to respond to City signing Haaland if they want to challenge them again next season as he'll take them up another level yet as long as he stays fit and adapts quickly. Hopefully we can be the best of the rest while we get closer to them both.

Beat a Villareal side that knocked out Juventus and Bayern and before that a Benfica side that were a banana skin for anybody. Wouldn't call Atletico, Milan and Porto an easy group to get out of either. Porto have smashed it this season domestically and Milan are the best side in Italy currently. Atletico aren't quite what they were but can still shithouse any side over two legs.

All 3 of those sides are better than any side liverpool have faced in the entire competition.
Knockout draws can be a crapshoot and there’s no question Liverpool were fortunate.

Well Liverpool will play Real Madrid soon, the team that beat all of those sides. So win that and it will be fully deserved and fair fucks to them. Wonderful team and without them the Premier League would have been much more boring this season.
