Bad rule setting by the EPL. They didn't make the distinction between Covid and available players. Leicester taking the piss enabled by the poor wording by the eplLeicester blatantly taking the piss too.
I might be looking at this in the wrong way because of my hatred for Klopp but it seems like Liverpool cheated the system just to have the match moved back?

The fact he's got the confidence to actually admit that in a press conference shows how immune they are from any consequences.
Maybe they'll start another silent thread on RAWK for the victims of Covid like they have done for Hillsborough.
Even the COVID tests are picking on them!UK gov website says that false positives are 1 in 1000. Yet they had an "outbreak" of false positives.
Talk about terrible luck, eh.
EPL not FA, FA have stricter rules hence Leicester played FA Cup and postponed the Everton game. This whole debacle further highlights the need for the FA to really crack the whip on some of these utterly ridiculous postponements when a teams tea lady etc tests positive.
If you have 11 fit players and lads from the u23s to supplement the bench, you play the match. End fucking off.
There are blatantly teams trying to cheat the system at this point.
Look at those dickheads at Palace the other week, trying to cancel our match at the 11th hour, throwing fans plans into chaos and then they rock on with a full strength team? There should have been repercussions for them for that too.
Good. They should look into it what with their being so many asthmatics in their squad. Very serious.
Agree. And I've lost track of what one of our games was when we had our outbreak, but we didn't name any names but did make a statement that a number of players had returned a positive test but were awaiting results of the 2nd. We also confirmed (may have even been another occurrence to the above) that we had players who were confirmed negative on the 2nd test (showing false positives - those players, along with the team played).Tbh blame the EFL...... If they're putting themselves in a position where the testing proceedure (irrespective of results) isn't certified legit before acting then that's their own shortcoming.
Same as the EPL blatantly allowing clubs to abuse the cancellations to navigate injury and AFCON issues
Now compare with how strict UEFA were with us over Rennes.
