Just start giving yellows for diving after the games. If a player already on a yellow does it, it's a ban. And they accumulate as regular yellows do over the course of the season.

Mourinho has been sacked from high profile clubs because players "downed their tools" - it's not out of the realms of possibility to think he can be wrong.
