Well, with a certain exception this season...They are becoming a bunch of game raising cunts, aren't they? Only show up as underdog against teams in big games that play into their hands. Even in those games, it's about the oppositions making mistake especially tactical.
Other than that, clueless against any teams that get the tactic right.
We approached the game correctly. PSG and Leizpig just allowed them to play to their strength leaving acres of space for their quicker runners to exploitWell, with a certain exception this season...
And an office that allows the manager time to rebuild and trusts him to do so.There are no quick fixes for Man Utd, they need someone who likes a project that needs vision and patience, given time to be built around players with potential who are given the time to fully mature.
Hmmm project/vision/time/potential/maturing This sounds like a job for Poch
Do you honestly believe that Spurs didn't do that for Poch ? Seriously, not mocking just asking your opinion. And an office that allows the manager time to rebuild and trusts him to do so.
IF Poch goes to United, expect the Kane to United rumors to pick up steam again with gusto. The media will push like savages for that reunion.
We 100% did. I never said that we didn't.Do you honestly believe that Spurs didn't do that for Poch ? Seriously, not mocking just asking your opinion.
It needs a competent recruitment and negotiation team to boost. Managers can't go out and negotiate with players. I don't see how Mourinho, OGS, LVG gave out stupid contract to players they don't rate. There are no quick fixes for Man Utd, they need someone who likes a project that needs vision and patience, given time to be built around players with potential who are given the time to fully mature.

So the Premier league does not look a smart move for a manager like Poch to return to.You make a good point about the impatience of top six sides and the demand now for virtually instant success. The OGS situation this weekend will therefore be very interesting to watch.Their fans won't allow it. Perhaps it would be slightly different if their two arch rivals weren't 1-2 all the time.
But where dipper fans are delusional, manure fans are entitled. Unless years of being in the wilderness have given them some perspective (it hasn't) or their fans have simply jumped ship (possibly), they wouldn't have the stomach for a project.
I'm not sure many teams in the top 6 have the stomach for a project anymore.
He got lucky last season thanks to bruno fernandes, but soon after bruno was influenced by Ole's coaching ,he turned to shite as well.Smeagol has lasted because of his lucky CL exploits and the fact he managed to get some form together at the end of last season when no one else was performing. All more luck than judgement.
If he lasts the week I'll be shocked
OGS could probably do a very good job as a strikers coach, his finishing was superb. Clearly thought about the game a lot. Especially from the subs bench, he'd often come off the bench and get a winner, having sussed out the defence and their weaknesses.
As a manager he's clearly so far out of his depth it's very concerning. We need him to get some wins from somewhere in the PL so his job is safe. We can't rely on them making a ricket with their recruitment/structure forever.
Offering him a job as specialist strikers coach would be a smart move.
Poch's best work with us was done with an energetic team working their arse off to get possession back when we lost it. Constant harry and press.Aside from not wanting him to go there, I'm not sure Man Utd would be a good fit for Poch.
