Football is peoples lives and history. An owner should understand the risks he runs when you take that away from people, shit on it, and then swan off in your Roll Royce. Fuck him, he can dry his tears on the millions of pounds he's pocketed from tearing down over 100 years of history.

Its West Ham, and its funny, but in the bigger picture, its sad for football.

Throwing coins at an 80 year old man is acceptable then?

Oh, sorry, I didn't realise.

At some point do we actually start to feel sorry for them? We could be watching the death of a football club. If they go down, their future looks very bad indeed, stuck leasing that souless bowl of a stadium for the next 98 years. They'd be strong double relegation candidates like Sunderland and possibly Hull this year. It's great seeing them suffer but would you wish total obliteration on them? It could end up with them going out of existence and a new United of West Ham being formed and working its way up from non-league.
Never.
It’s not as if they are lying. They are West Ham fans.
It’s not some foreign bloke with no understanding.
They deserve each other.
Since they have been there, Brady et al, we have had nothing but bullshit from the cunts.
They are barrow boys, bad ones.
Let them drag the club they love down.
I don’t feel any remorse for them.
They wouldn’t for us.
They used their political influence and skulduggery to get the place and took great pleasure in thinking they’d put a nail in our coffin,
Made me laugh when Claude said he feels sorry for Orient as West Ham have fucked hem.
Forgetting that it was Orient and Us that Woolwich tried to fuck over with their move into our catchment area.
Didn’t see West Ham protesting when Woolwich moved over did we.

They need an owner who will follow the Spurs plan and knock the feckin' thing down .... if they do implode the 'legacy' bollocks dies with them ..... already losing a fortune imagine how much the stadium would lose with 25,000 crowds ... just maybe total failure is there only chance of a white knight ....

Though Levy should allow a meeting to take place with Brady and co. and just laugh them out of the room.

filth idea for them

I think they would love for athletics to go up to Birmingham after the games in 2022 and any talk of legacy at the OS be forgotten about.

But the taxpayer can’t fund the OS ground being turned into a football / concert stadium so I have no idea how they plan to make it happen if they could convince athletics.

Plus that is 4 years away. They could be division 2 by then......

:dierno:

:dembelelol:

When they're down..Keep kicking Harry :dembelelol:

Yep, more revisionism. Club treated him like dirt when he was alive. The fans showed absolutely NO respect on the anniversary of his death. And the fella himself wanted to join Spurs in 1966 but was prevented from doing so by Ron Greenwood & the club. He had to sign a new contract with WHU or he would have been ineligible to play in the WC.

But now they revere him as a saint. Revisionism!!!

Most of them said yes to the move becuase it meant we would build a new football stadium on it. In their manor.
Not one of them asked why West Ham weren’t proposing the same thing.
One of the even cited it would be more appealingly becuase Upton Park is all Asian.

Finally seen the full version of the Noble incident (which the media cut/edit to make him look good) and what the hell was he doing? "Protecting himself" - utter rubbish. The guy wasn't anywhere near him and was just running around holding up his piece of paper until Mr West Ham decided to approach and fist him up the arse.

He should get a ban for it imo.

You can't take into account the circumstances of attacking a pitch invader.

Don't think he did a lot wrong the pitch invaders are pricks

Any policing inside the ground would have to be paid for by wet spam, apparently

Lets hope so , I'd like to think Sadiq Khan is really leaning on the FA to sanction a harsh penalty and ensuring west ham will play in an empty stadium until they pay to improve security and cobtribute something towards the losses to the taxpayer at the specsavers arena. It's an oppotunity that shouldn't be missed.

Now the Levy solution, which was laughed at, to knock the whole thing down and build a football stadium is suddenly the answer.
Doubt that can happen.
1. Orient would have something to say about that and grounds for suing.
2. Levy could also fuck them over as his original bid was ridiculed and not accepted for wanting to do just that.
Although it doesn’t matter.
They won the bid simply becuase they were adamant about keeping athletics and the stadium. The legacy
For them to be allowed to rip it down after the taxpayers spending £300m+ that wouldn’t have been spent if they’d have accepted the sensible option is not going to happen.
If they can afford to do it now begs the question why they didn’t propose to do it then.
Could be seen as a ploy to win the plot.

Heard an opinion piece earlier and the guy that was on was extremely concerned about player safety. He made the very valid point that any of the pitch invaders could have had a knife on them and the danger to human life shouldn’t be underestimated.

Then I remembered it was West Ham, shrugged and banged on Spotify instead.
That's a somewhat fantastical scenario. It doesn't concern me very much at all because overwhelmingly these people aren't trying to endanger anybody, they're just trying to mess with West Ham and force the issue showing how fucking incompetently run the club is, and to get on TV for a laugh.
