If you can't guarantee player safety, you have to at least postpone, if not cancel games. It was already ridiculous enough have other games ongoing while the Woolwich Wanderers were isolated, but if it's affecting multiple teams and the FA doesn't act it's beyond ridiculous.

Chelsea players were ordered not to attend training on Thursday after someone close to the squad complained of coronavirus symptoms.
Sources have told The Athletic that the situation developed on Wednesday night and a decision was made to cancel Thursday’s session early in the morning before any of the players had arrived.
The person experiencing the symptoms — a fever followed by a dry cough, which can lead to breathing problems — had not been diagnosed with coronavirus as of Thursday lunchtime but the situation has been described as a “major scare”.
It is understood that the club’s training base at Cobham in Surrey is being thoroughly cleaned as a precautionary measure and there are no members of staff in the building, including head coach Frank Lampard and his backroom team.

Fuck me! It shouldn't be a surprise that it's more than one - given the length and aggressiveness of SARS-2's infectious latent phase and that the initial victim will have been with his teammates for many hours on end in conditions highly conducive to transmission, it'd actually be more shocking if it was one - but three still sounds way more shocking than "One Leicester City player tests positive for coronavirus". Gives a sort of artificial inflation of the image of an "omnidemic".
