Good luck to him and thank you for your 25 years + of service. Under Levy we went from being worth millions to billions. We made the Champions League final, won the Europa league and the League Cup and he masterminded a beautiful world class stadium and training facility. It seems like we are left in a good place. Hopefully the next person to lead the club moves us towards building a competitive team that meets the fan’s completely reasonable expectations of a club of this stature.

Still don't think Enic are going anywhere. This is about 6 months since Vinai and Charrington came in, clear succession planning.

Levy's youngest has just gone to uni and his wife is apparently quite ill (I've read this but no idea how true). Seems like a good time to retire, especially against the backdrop of protests.

So, clearly planned but by whom? I would lean towards this being Levy wanting to step back but could also be Lewis' daughter who has been seen around the club and ultimately has the most control

Could of course mean the club being sold, but why take the succession steps? Any new owner is going to want their own executives in control. I don't think Enic are going anywhere quickly and ultimately it is their lack of willingness to invest rather than how Levy runs the Club that is the problem

Are you suggesting Jerry Jones is going to buy Spurs? As a lifelong Cowboys fan, why would you wish that evil on me?!
Difference between us and the Cowboys is that he knows absolutely nothing about our football. So him taking control he does at the Cowboys wouldn't work.

Like it or not, Jerry played football at a very good level and knows the game, which is why he clings on. He's not going to come in here at 80 some years old and try do both. It's irrelevant.

Commerically, even Levy can't touch what Jones did for the Cowboys and NFL. I certainly wouldn't be against it.
