Newcastle fans seem keen on him - even thinking he's taking a step down by joining them (don't seem to realise that Rose wont get in the England euros squad if he's not playing at Spurs so a move is definitely good for Rose if Rose wants to play for England).

But no update leaks that I've seen today - is Danny asking for too much wages, might be taking a drop at Newcastle.

And Newcastle is 'up norf' and closeish to Leeds/Doncaster where Rose wants to get close to, so another win for Danny.

Good news for Newcastle if a deal can be done - they've just lost their on loan LB to injury.

Hopefully deal can be concluded in next couple of days, in his prime Rose was a fine LB but its certainly gone sour since his preseason press article 2 years ago, and its time for him to move on.
 
Okay, we got rid of Eriksen.

Please, Rose next. Could get some money as well from EPL team most likely.
We need to have all the whiners and s*itheads off our books ASAP.

We need full focus for the reminder of the season. And for the new season.
Rose is past of Spurs so time to go.

I don't think it's any quicker to get from Newcastle to Leeds than it is from London tbh.

The Magpies are showing strong interest with just three days left until the deadline.

Manager Steve Bruce said last week: “He’s a quality player and a class act, the kid. Whether it’s possible, who knows?”

Bournemouth and Watford are also interested in Rose, who has been unsettled at Spurs for some time.


Class act? Kid? What planet is Steve Bruce living on?

Was it Bruce who managed him at Sunderland?
 
Everyone excited about Danny Rose leaving hasn't considered how much this is going to cost us. The club is going to have to actually buy the newspapers to find out what's in them rather than just ask Danny direct.
