I took out a OH+ membership in November 2020 and I was offerred an ST in July 2021 when I was 64,241 on the waiting list. If the non-renewal is much higher than usual (10% or so?) I expect every member to be offerred one and suspect that even those with only a CRN will be too.

Last summer heard you could take out membership on the Tuesday and get a season ticket on the Wednesday.

The list was rinsed through. Before cost of living increases.

I expect circa 10/% won’t renew and they will struggle to get that replaced from the waiting list.

Put this in the ticket thread…

Relocations open tomorrow. Be interesting to see what availability is like. Selfishly, whilst I’m fairly happy with mine, I would ideally like something unique about it e.g. front row so that it is more likely to sell for matches I can’t make.

“Thank you for renewing your Season Ticket – we appreciate the incredible support you have shown us throughout the current season and look forward to continuing to welcome you in 2022/23.

With the renewal process complete, we are pleased to now be able to accommodate seat relocation requests. Due to the number of requests received, we will be managing these in phases based on the date the request was submitted, with priority given to those wishing to relocate for a medical reason.

Due to the date and time that your relocation request was submitted, you are in the first phase of supporters, after those with medical requirements, to be given the opportunity to select an alternative seat from those that are available for the 2022/23 season. You will be able to select your new seat between 2pm on Friday 6 May and 1pm on Monday 9 May. Once the deadline has passed, the relocation window will be extended to the next group of eligible supporters.”

It's a long old slog for me and I'm not even that far away. I budget 6 hours just to get there, watch the game, then get home. no socialising etc. Just there and back,
I don't have a great deal of time with a full time job, a wife and a 6 year old so I have to make it count.

If what I see is deliberately poor, I'm done. If we go for it and it's still bad, I can live with that. I want to see Spurs try to succeed, not try to make money.
Out of interest (in setting off the typical arguments, of course), what would "go for it" realistically look like?

Give the coach what he wants rather than a bunch of nobodies. Or nobody.
That's kind of my question. There's no way anyone on TFC is going to know who Conte wants. Assuming we do sign players, how many, how much spend, anyone in particular, etc. What would you, on the outside looking in, be satisfied with assuming we do have transfer activity and we are underwhelming next year in spite of it.

Otherwise the vague referendum of "who the manager wants" is just a place holder until the season starts and if things don't go well it's because "we didn't back the manager".

I'm guessing Conte will make it pretty clear if he doesn't get the players he wants.

They sort out seat relocation as well. Not sure when they do that.

Last year it was end of June they started contacting people about the chance to get new STs.

Not sure when the membership renewal date is actually. They take that money before offering STs.
Relocation is starting today; I'm looking to move seat on medical grounds, so will get an earlier slot to choose than fully-fit fans.

I'm gutted I lost all of my Ticketing Points as a member, when I got my ST(I was part of the extra seats at Wembley allocation), so find it nigh on inpossible to get away tickets. Plenty old-timers I know, snap them up, even if they don't plan on going, sell them to friends, and still get the points. I've renewed in the hope of some decent football, and earning some more points.

It's been covered to death over the years but as a Season Ticket holder you're still ahead of all Members, regardless of points.

The two 'lines' have different criteria and aren't interchangeable. Almost everyone has lost points as a member when they first got a ST.

Agree generally on the problem now with getting away tickets though. It's almost a closed club of old-timers.

Noticed a lot more youngsters (and tourists) in away crowds this years. Corporate away must be growing?

And older ST holders are passing tickets onto their younger relatives?…. Or are these a lot of teen and 20 something long term ST holders?

Why? There's no upside to publicly berating the chairman. It doesn't really happen.

It’s Antonio Conte. He’s walked from clubs when he doesn’t get what he wants. If he doesn’t get the players he needs it’ll be obvious. Either because he says something to the press or because he quits.

He’s not the type of manager who will toe the ‘I’m working well with the chairman and happy with the signings’ line if he doesn’t mean it.

How does the relocation work ? Do you simply get to see the available seat(s) and choose where you would like to move to ?

Its open by the way, managed to grab a ticket at the front of safe standing. Won't able to see anything at the other end but should be a better atmosphere.

It didnt ask me to pay the difference which seems odd
I recall reading the ticket office will make contact for the additonal payment with anyone who's relocation is more expensive than original renewal

Can only presume its corporate away, or them being passed on.
Think I've had mine now for 7/8 years (so definitely the full loyalty point cycle). I go to nearly all home cup and euro games, and went to almost everything at Wembley. Can't get anywhere near the cut off for most away games. Confess I'm not interested nowdays in some of the ones that could have built up further (e.g. the Burnley midweeker away) but 20 years ago as a member you could get most games (apart from the NLD or odd small cup aways)

Back in the day, if you made a group application for an away game they would average out the group total, which sometimes helped those with lower LP's to get to an away fixture.
