i got the poch one right which i did not agree with but you could tell he was not happy in his manner, and things he said, i hope im wrong about conte, but it has the same look and feel. BUT HE NEEDS BACKING, AND HE ISNT GETTING IT.
 
i am going to add up all the transfers in and out back to pochs start, wages, installments, wont be a billion.
oh and please dont count womens football expenses in our spending sheets, i bet they have, all i am talking about are players in.

You just always have the feel/sense that trophies have never been important or even ever on the mind of enic.
& if I am wrong & trophies are very important to them….. then they have clearly failed!
I admire the faith of the enic fans who think they are taking us to the next level & we will win stuff this season but I won’t hold my breath. They say that every year & always proved wrong.

In the period we were building that massive £1b infrastructure yes, let's see what would happen to club who run themselves self sustainably (not the money laundering ones) so if Liverpool were rebuilding Anfield do you really think that they'd be willing to readily invest money in the team?

& you get abuse from the enic/levy lovers if you dare say it was a mistake not signing anyone all summer during the poch era. They will defend them whatever. We could be playing in east London now if enic & levy got their way. & they would be saying the weathers nicer here. Cracking decision moving further south Danny boy! This calls for another bonus for you!

More complex than that: we were in the middle of financing a billion quid stadium while Liverpool went the cheaper route. Fundamentally, the standard for owners is UAE, Leicester (up to now) and Abramovich. FSG had a nice run but they'll be in Europa next season.

Stadium finished 4 years ago - what has happened since in the transfer market which is fundamentally different?
