It’s not fair to call people who disagree with you an internet troll. That’s not good faith discussion.Well maybe the club can offer a contrary interpretation in their own words! I rather tire of only having boring internet trolls endlessly manning the ramparts of Castle Levy.
Three years ago this opinion would have been spot on, but now we are in a downward spiral on and off the field. Absolute continued disasterIt’s not fair to call people who disagree with you an internet troll. That’s not good faith discussion.
I think some of the disagreement is over an interpretation of results. Neither of us has much insight into Levy or his role beyond the results. Levy is several layers removed from the results but he’s clearly responsible.
You feel that I am protecting levy but I feel that I am trying to give a fair take on just how well we’ve done as a club, especially over the past 15 years. We’ve done some incredibly good things both on AND off the pitch. It seems like people really downplay that in order to criticise the club or pretend that the good things are only off the pitch. I’m interested in being positive about our club more than Levy but I do pushback because people use a misrepresentation of our achievements to bash Levy.
A couple of times, exclusively stage-managed by the club.On the transparency debate, hasn't Paritici come out at the end of transfer windows and given interviews, isn't that the kind of thing you're looking for?
You managed to post your opinion, support it with logic, and not insult anyone in the process. Not even PEH.Three years ago this opinion would have been spot on, but now we are in a downward spiral on and off the field. Absolute continued disaster
Stale throughout, top to bottom. Is this was a PLC, shareholder activivists would have seen off the CEO. This is fact. He’s incompetent, and has to go. This is not about signing a few good players, it’s far deeper than that.
This may be true and yes they got it wrong with Gerrard, but they were also decisive in replacing him and buying out Emery.
I agree with you about the past 3 years.Three years ago this opinion would have been spot on, but now we are in a downward spiral on and off the field. Absolute continued disaster

Let me welcome you aboard nice and early , Levy is not turning this around, well unless the iceberg is behind him .I agree with you about the past 3 years.
I don’t know though if 18 years of excellent performance and 3 years of poor performance can lead to comments like « he’s incompetent » or « he has to go ». I think that’s over the top.
However I don’t think he has forever. The next cycle (couple of years) will be important to me and if he leads similar poor performance then I’m likely to be with you.
Maybe on the Board to a degree. But not below that. Technical staff, players. And Lewis is not blind. My big hope is he will soon conclude that Levy is damaging his investment and want changes.Quite the opposite, he has a load of yes men and women on the board that he's surrounded himself with so they will always have his back.

Why ? Levy is telling Lewis we just won the quadruple , how would he know any different, still has not filtered back to him England won the World Cup in 66 yet .Maybe on the Board to a degree. How is top 8 in England the natural position for the 9th wealthiest club on the planet, one of the best supported clubs in the country, and with the biggest match day revenues in Europe? We are a top 8 club. No shame in that. It's historically our position. It's not like we are finishing 15th. We have simply fell back to our more natural position rather than overachieving by finishing top 4.
As far as I'm concerned he neglected his duty of maintaining a team capable of challenging. Instead prioritising off field projectsMany staff will think he's doing more than ok for the football club.
He has built the best stadium in the land , a state of the art training ground creating more jobs while still maintaining the team largely in the top 8 where historically we have always been.
Fans are different so will not be happy unless we are winning cups & doing better in the league.
Same as you ignoring any negatives - fucking constantly trolling, with that Patronising superior attitude. What did you hear here that you didn’t get from Paratici?
I didn’t hear a grilling or any meaningful talk of strategy.
And you’ll appreciate that people likeDeuterz will write off any positive things people say at the club because they’re employees. « Of course they’ll say that ».
I don’t ignore the negatives.Same as you ignoring any negatives - fucking constantly trolling, with that Patronising superior attitude.
Bore offGood job no one has said that. Again - we can’t have conversations if you don’t listen to what people are saying. You’re just shouting into the void.
Again it's a fair point. As far as I'm concerned he neglected his duty of maintaining a team capable of challenging. Instead prioritising off field projects
Did Spurs "natural position" change as a result of the stadium project? We are a top 8 club. No shame in that. It's historically our position. It's not like we are finishing 15th. We have simply fell back to our more natural position rather than overachieving by finishing top 4.
How are you unable to process the basic effects of having a bigger stadium?Did Spurs "natural position" change as a result of the stadium project?
If it didn't, why did we bother doing it?
