They invest less than nearly any other owners, maybe less than all of them now Ashley is gone.
Are you ok with that? Would you not prefer owners who put more in when we’re on to a good thing?

I think there's a very simple counter argument. No matter which manager he employs, they all fail under his stewardship and ultimately become the scapegoat.
Why should they invest personal income into a business if the goal is to run it self sustainably? That's not how you run a business...otherwise it's pointless seeking other revenue avenues such as building a stadium or improving commercial revenue if you're just going to chuck money at a project recklessly?
And what makes you think that said income would have been put to good use when we have spent money poorly in recent years?
Would be nice but only with a promise that it's written off and not a loan so we're in debt to them.
Ultimately though we spent around £200m last Summer, £180m the Summer before that, how much do you want them to invest and how much more do you want to spend?

Not saying they have to or even should. I just see them as business people that don't care enough to do it.
Evidently some owners do.
Even Rob mcelhenney and Ryan reynolds have invested personal money into wrexham and they're not billionaires
How much of that was their money vs club money? Last I checked actual external investment tables had us near rock bottom. Maybe they’ve become more ambitious/less risk averse since.
There’s genuinely nothing at all wrong with being in debt as long as the conditions are fair and sustainable. We’re in massive stadium debt and nobody blinks an eye because it’s well structured.
Brighton are in lots of debt to their owner but none of their fans are worried because he’s not suddenly going to call it in and his money has catapulted them to where they’re at.

I know the owner of the Bracknell Town in step 3 (were step 5). Put over a million in of his own cash in, he’s mid 30’s. I’m not even sure Levy’s done thatThey invest less than nearly any other owners, maybe less than all of them now Ashley is gone.

Now is the time to not borrow to invest, that ship has sailed. Another missed opportunityThat was all club money but my question is how much money would you want them to invest which is enough for you liking seeing as we are now spending near £200m in the Summer, is there a figure?

200m net of player sales ? I don’t think so ….That was all club money but my question is how much money would you want them to invest which is enough for you liking seeing as we are now spending near £200m in the Summer, is there a figure?

So net spend app. 83m which is not quite 200m .? 200m net would have been fine. but will never happen under Levy .
Yes, that’s the 50m loan commitments, maybe that should have been 70m.Yeah fair enough but I wasn't counting net...btw you're not counting Kulu or Porro?
Yes, that’s the 50m loan commitments, maybe that should have been 70m.
No need to invest from their own pockets. What happens to the money from gate receipts, TV money, CL , numerous lucrative events at the stadium etc etc ? It should only need to come from their own pockets if they can’t account for what happened to it.Yeah so around £200m then.
No need to count net because the argument isn't that or backing or whatever, I just asked the question how much investment would be enough seeing as we invested so much over the last couple of Summers seeing as people want the owners to invest money from their own pockets?
Not really, they deserved the win. I don't know which game you were watching.
