But Covid effects us more than everyone else, doesn't it
Yes we must have far more fat bastard's , smokers , poor diet , underlining health condition than any other fan base.
( Maybe that could be another trophy)
Praise to the Spammers they must be all slim , young , healthy conscious , joggers etc role models.

It's called apathy and disillusion average gate over 5 games 42 600 , nearly a third missing .

Liverpool and West Ham definitely was covid.
Palace was because it was boxing day, it's always like that. The whole South Eastern Network was down.
Morcombe was a reserve team in the FA Cup against a lower league team.

Last night was perhaps the surprise. But I'd bet a lot of fans who paid £20 a ticket didn't bother after the embarrassing first leg.

Woolwich on Sunday will be packed again.
I didn't buy my reserved seat, because I didn't have the cash to blow on a game I suspected we'd lose. 🤷‍♀️

After 22 years of the same excuses people on here are still prepared to defend a chairman who will not, under any circumstances take a risk. Theres no way Levy and the old shit Lewis will agree to finance a proper rebuild. A rebuild brought on by years of under investment. It's about time the enic bots realised they are part of the problem and I cant wait to hear them continue to justify this shitfest

I'm furious right now but he does take risks on occasion and they almost always fail. Which makes him not do it.

Tanguy NDombele is a £60m+ transfer with wages of £10m+ per year. By the time he goes it's a £100m+ punt that didn't work and fucked us.

The whole loan to buy, Penny-pinching and mismanagement is a disgrace. The squad is unbalanced and needs significantly more that £250m to rectify.

I can only imagine it would have been even less busy last night if the tickets went up for sale after the first leg.
That was a demoralising no show that had me contemplating whether I wanted the trek all day yesterday. As I said in the match thread, I emerged from Seven Sister underground just before the team was announced. I actually felt like turning around and going back home at that point.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if a bit of apathy has started to set in.

We've no divine right to be winning things and challenging for titles but it's the management of the club in terms of football has been utterly farcical for a long time. There is simply no coherent vision of where we are going and how we get there.

I think part of the problem is he wont pay large agent fees. Thats why we never sign any ready made players. He just baulks at the agent fees and wages.

Problem is we keep buying cheap 2nd rate dross and now we have a squad full of them that we cant sell.

No one seems to be pointing out that we're regulaly getting around 45k or less in our £61k stadium. 5 games running now.

Be a full house on Sunday 100%.*

And COVID / Xmas has played havoc the last month with peoples schedules.

Interested to see what attendance we get for Brighton in the cup.
That’s a good litmus test.

(*Should say we have yet to actually sell out NWHL due to extortionate ticket pricing in corporate areas - wonder if that will change over time. Full house in the “normal” seats)

This. Midweek cup tie when we are 2 down against a bogie team in the middle of January.

It's a bit cold today - F**king Enic
I'm fat - F**king Enic.

The real problem here is whatever asshole is in charge of recruitment. We have spent money. Just really badly

:tanguyhuh: who me?

The lack of fans is a combination of factors. Expense, logistics & covid being three of them. However fans will deal with that if they think the team have a chance of winning or at least competing.

I knew we would lose the game yesterday before I even left the house and then when East Mid Yid East Mid Yid showed me the team it confirmed my expectations.

Under Pochettino I went to every match thinking we would win or have a chance of winning. I miss that.

The main upside though is that it doesn't take 20 mins to get a beer or a burger.

Absolutely no need for anyone to be an ST holder any more. I will probably go back to membership next season and cherry pick my games. Corporate tickets were on offer for £50 yesterday. Food, drink & legend. I will probably go that way, Do half the games and only spend the same amount of money.

I'm rambling.
