Woolwich
Ooh, a massive 1 place jump, whoopdy doo.
And we are worth a paltry 40m more than Woolwich.

Because people harp on about “ All the extra revenue “ , I believe you did too.. it’s minimal , we can’t even secure all NFL games in London , at what extra cost? The entertainment centre is struggling to attract entertainment. So many bands are touring yet we’ve secured 1 up until July. It’s kind of laughable. If it’s due to restricted events over a year then we have to put that down to lack of research by the powers that be.

Maybe it's because Wembley has a deal in place until 2025?

Nor a team in 3rd place being up to their arse in debt.

Amazing how some people get confused between revenue and "wealth".

Most of the teams I can understand being on the list but Man City, PSG and Chelsea are gangster money.

As for debt, debt is fine long as it’s long term, think Barca’s problem is they used the credit card the fools.

Wait 3 years and Newcastle will be number one.

It's purely based on revenue.

City, for example, have loads of sponsorship revenue from company's affiliated with the Emirates, such as their stadium sponsors
Add that to money from going deep into the CL, plus PL money from round the world and it soon adds up.

If Woolwich get CL football next season (likely) and we don't (possible) they'll overtake us in the "rich clubs" league.

City’s ‘’sponsorship’’ money is dodgy as fuck. There was a good article a while back on it, it’s front companies.

One more thing that was mentioned in the previous posts was the oft quoted “we pay the highest ticket prices in the world”.

Let’s suggest that’s the case - would anyone who wants rid of ENIC be less indignant if ticket prices were reduced by say £20 a head?
Anyone that wants the club to be successful should be happy with high ticket prices. I have never been a season ticket holder and price has a lot to do with it but more than enough people do afford it which is great as it gets more money into the club. If they could not fill the seats they would have to reduce prices. Personally I go to only a few matches which is affordable but the travel and food/ drink costs add a lot as well.
if you do not like the price then do not go.

The thing is that most of those advocating for lower ticket prices would still complain about not spending more if they were reduced.

Don’t worry about arguing with him, he will just tell you that you are childish and stupid.
Fans like him you just have to feel sorry for and hope that one day they realise what our owners are, as painful a realisation as it is. It’s much easier to stick your head in the sand and pretend they’re doing the best they can. At the end of the day we both want the best for the club, they just don’t realise they’re supporting the people who on multiple occasions have stood in the way of it happening.

Are you the 'protester' opposite the shop with the banner, or the one who holds the other's jacket?

Superb post. 🥇

The disappointing thing is, the more these owners get found out, the more their fanatical supporters dig in.

When Levy was under pressure he went after Conte and made noises like the club would push the boat out but as soon as the pressure is off…

23 years without winning. It’s really an incredible run.

Amazing isn't it.

All these "fans" frothing at the mouth about Enic and Levy "PARASITES" they claim, "GET OUT OF MY CLUB" they shout.
But when you ask if they're going to the protest, they say
"No, I've better things to do with my time, but if I had a ticket for the game I'd go"
I kid you not, that was the answer from JT.

Not one (actually there is one, but I forget who) has the bollocks to back up their words with actual actions.

Keyboard warriors the lot of them...bar one.
