ENIC In or ENIC Out

I agree with you (not being a WUM) I find it interesting.

According to a vocal minority on here, the club is in a worse state now than when they took over, that's all.

You shouldn't take what short sighted fans say seriously though because they don't represent anywhere near the entire fanbase, it only seems that way on social media because you can hide behind a keyboard but social media isn't reality as we have seen in the fake protests and the actual real life anti ENIC sentiment.

The degree of separation from footballing matters that I desire for Levy and Cullen, aka Bonny and Clyde, is for the pair of them to be rehomed in an office on Mars. Only then will the footballing side of Spurs be unblemished by their interference. I should add that the pair of them should only be able to communicate with earth via snail mail.

That's a tough one to quantify. On paper we are much better off financially than we were when enic took over of course, Levy is a smart business asset. However where a huge and significant junk of Spurs fans have a problem is that the on-field improvement has badly stalled now, even though the ticket prices have soared to reflect a successful footballing club. In fact the ticket prices are an insult to Spurs fans and rightly so.
A few years back Poch delivered what Levy and enic allegedly wanted - to win trophies (only they didn't really), he turned us into a proper big club with a team to match (not a squad though). He also got us into the CL 4 years on the trot and to the final. His reward was to be sacked largely because the squad was stale after 18 months without a transfer.
Poch exposed Levy as a fake, and Cullen is Levy's little helper. All managers since have continued to do so. Levy and Co want nothing more than top 4 every season on a tight budget. Both want to buy cheap and sell high, using THFC as nothing more than a commodities market. Anyone who can't see their true characters after the exposure of the last few years doesn't want to, simple as that. They are looking through rosy coloured spectacles. You can't say we're financially better off whilst ignoring the footballing facts!
Our fall, and embarrassment across the footballing world is now complete. Trouble is the Levy apologists only exist in their own echo chamber when they hold a meeting in a telephone box.

He doesn't have to be a football guy to be a great asset in creating a modern and efficient sports organisation. If he's a great leader and a great organiser, he employs people with the right experience.
But his charge of all football operations not the nfl ganes, go carting, Beyoncé, etc. if he has no real football experience exactly how can he determine the style and philosophy of the playing side. His not a frank beck or dahlias tyoe.
To me this sort of role is really something pleat could do or even Glenn.

That's not always necessarily a good thing, Paratici was proven and competent, Edu for Woolwich had 0 experience for example

Apparently:

Just chill and be happy that there seems to be a semblance of a plan, baby steps.

But his not a football person is he?his good at organising Olympic, comes from some Chinese sporting group. Don’t think they have anything to do with citeh.

Is another layer of management what we need?
Looks again, like a case of too many chiefs but we will see.
Exactly I would have thought the DOF is the person in charge if all football activities at the club. If mum is now responsible who else will report to him? I don’t see the need for a DOF in this structure. I mean that job and munns job sound like one and the same. If he only has one direct report then it is just another layer. Does the manager of the first team report to him , DOF or levy. I think it’s a mess.

Munn another bullshitting weasel! Olympics to NRL to some shit Aussie team to frigging the Chinese pretend league. Wtf!! We need actual football people not bullshitting liars with no fucking idea about the game, we already have levy to fill that role.

We are struggling with no ethos, no ideology, a bit part squad and lack of identity.

Wtf is this idiot going to do? Pretend he understands the game? Which sport? Pretend he knows how to make a league successful? (Er basketball or football in China) pretend he knows how to make a team successful in the premier league or Europe? This guy has absolutely no qualities required by this club currently - zero!

Levy is populating the club with little pricks who will bend over and do what he says, because we already know this guy can't improve our club in any way. He has neither the desire or inclination to stick around in the same sport let alone team. Another fucking terrible terrible terrible levy appointment. How long can this go on for.

Levy must go
Couldn’t agree more!

TBF, Conte fucking us out of a chance to sign Maddison should've triggered a dereliction of duty clause.

Agree with your thoughts, though I think the style has to come from the DOF. Managers come and go (some of their own accord), to truly develop players, especially through the youth academy, we have to have a framework of the way Spurs play football.

The nuance within that style is up to the head coach, for sure.

But, yeah, I'm ready to get back to that sort of setup. Hopefully, as you say, we'll sort out recruitment because we've blown a shedload on donkies over the past 5 years and it ruined what we had.
Why can’t we model the Ajax setup. DOF reports to board basically what Munn is no gonna do. Then you have all the diff levels on the playing side like first team coach / manager who runs only first team. However DOF would implant the same strategy across all the teams. I wonder with cunte did the other teams play the same style or was it all independent?

Why can’t we model the Ajax setup.
Ajax is a publicly traded company with Football Person Edwin Van Der Sar as a CEO reporting to a shareholder appointed Board of Directors.

Spurs are privately held with a major (though not majority) shareholder in Levy as a Non-Football Person in operational control.

Very different setups.

At the end of the day you can't un-ring the bell of Levy's historical control of the nitty gritty of the transfer market at Spurs. He's a creature of an era when that wasn't that strange, but it's highly sub-optimal now.

Why can’t we have EVS tyoe person either as DOF or in the Munn role who reports to the board?

That's exactly what Paratici is. DoF and sits on the board of directors.

Now, having someone like that as CEO, the position Van Der Sar occupies at Ajax, would mean Levy stepping down from the role of CEO. That would be great! Great idea!

Levy has for decades trained the European transfer market to understand that dealing with Tottenham means dealing with Levy personally, and that doing so means tricks, cynicism, brinksmanship and bad faith. So that's what we get in return, which always serves to draw Levy back in personally to the extent business can be done successfully at all.

There's only one ultimate solution, and that's ENIC selling the club. In terms of making baby steps and mitigating the problems, they're clearly trying. Paratici being a white collar criminal is very unhelpful in that regard.

Nicholas: I and others demand change at Spurs. We aren't calling for anything special just players that have bottle along with a board that's focused on decent football rather than balancing finances.

:contekiss:

Ladies and Gentlemen.

Despite the cost of living crisis, the managerial shambles, the DOF scandal, dropping out of the top 4, and yet another drab trophyless season,
