Levy is a reasonably bright accountant that lucked out with investing in the right asset at the right time.

The thing that always comes across about him is how uncharismatic he is. He’s actually rather awkward and shy. So you can see why he hates agents and the Wild West elements of football, as it’s all bullshit and bravado.
Daniel Levy and Mino Raiola together in a room would have been the ultimate clash of personalities.

Thought levy on the all or nothing documentary came across really down to earth actually like you could go to the pub with him. I thought he would not be like that. He must be ruthless in the boardroom though. All the players seemed to love him. He is really likeable.

Listen I never really knew what levy was like. He actually looked like he wanted to be popular with the players. I have hardly ever heard him speak before the documentary. I thought he spoke differently and would have talked to the players in an authoritive manner. He was not intimidating or anything like that. I get scared of people of power like that and the players seemed comfortable with him. Maybe others like yourself did not see it. He seemed likeable. I actually thought levy would be nasty and I could see he also had that sales talk.

Can’t name his first match. Spurs fan apparently.
Nor can I.

I was 5 or 6. Upper East mid-week night game, so must have been a cup game??? We lost, I think??? Genuinely I have no idea who we played and I've tried to go back over the records for these couple of years to jog the memory.

The first opponent I specifically remember playing was Newcastle, with Bobby McDonald ripping us to shreds all night, I think he scored a hat-trick. We lost.

Highly paid footballers do not need to be scared , they are set for life . I don’t know , but it would not surprise me if the people working in the office earning a fraction of what elite players earn are terrified of him .
I could be wrong and i readily admit I am biased in a negative way towards him

Yes agree, university students are not, going to be as aggressive or blunt as working class fans that he despises.
Levy is a working class boy.

I think he's been on this forum and has seen the comments of Le Parisien regarding the club being in a better position in the table and financially (for now) and having a new stadium... I mean events arena.
I love the thought of Levy prepping for his student union appearance by reading through my posts!

I can assure you that is fantasy though ha ha

It’s this sort of quote that is so insanely tone deaf.

As if finishing a place or two above them and winning nothing is in any way, shape or form comparable to watching them potentially win the league.

He just says the dumbest shit sometimes.

Just once, you want to hear him say ‘it will hurt. It will really hurt’. And leave it at that. Demonstrate some sort of visceral desire to see us win, rather than an ‘aw shucks, this football lark is hard’.

Woolwich fans were going ballistic when we got to a champions league final. I doubt many after were saying « Kroenke get out of our club - we watched Tottenham potentially win the champions league! »

Wait until the season is over. If they finish second then that is exactly comparable to when we finished above them… something they haven’t done since they finished one point above us in 2016.

Personally I’m really happy we’ve finished above them 6 years in a row and they’re not talking about St Totteringham day every year.

I have come to the conclusion you are very easily pleased . Mrs LeParisien must be a vey lucky lady

I forgot to lock the door and we have been robbed

No worries baby , another TV will come along sometime in the next 23 years

I absolutely love levy getting under the skin of le arse, he has really touched a nerve with them. Success should always be compared against our rivals. As I have said just finishing above chelsea is a bonus, we have been the bigger club than le arse for 6 years and should get more credit. They have not won much more than us except for a few fa cups. We need to win trophies but it is always relative. If le arse won the league it would make our season look worse. They are coming 2nd which makes a 4th place look like a successful season. We just need to keep progressing. I think of us being bigger than le arse and their goal.for 6 years is finishing above us where we have looked further up the table. By them creating a St totteringham day shows that we are always on their mind. They are obsessed and infatuated with us. Put our state of the art bigger more modern and more profit generating stadium against their outdated dump of a stadium and it is no contest. We are more technologically advanced as a club than them.

This is always a clear marker that you are talking to some sort of virgin whose idea of a good time is playing Minecraft and drinking Mountain Dew.

Laughable.

Not saying it’s a clear indicator that I’m better than them as an individual
But to put it bluntly, I am actually better than them as an individual.
