He either lied or got the budget for the stadium wrong by a significant amount.

Say what you like about him, but I’d say he’s unlikely to publicly state that there’d be money for signings and then go back on that. He’d know how badly that would track.

More likely, as was said earlier on this thread, the rising costs of the stadium build fucked us.

Just for fun, here are the seasons since ENIC took charge, showing where managers have been in their post for the entire season.

Kind of a good visualization for the ENIC project gaining, and then losing traction, IMO.

Wow!

And just a Solitary carling cup FIFTEEN Years ago to show for it!

How can anyone keep a straight face and say Levy / ENIC ain't the problem?

I mean to be fair, this isn't the first time Levy has said something and then done the opposite.

Also, isn't this the same Levy that tried to move us into the Olympic Shithole?

The same Levy that tried to get us into the super league whilst also complaining about mega clubs and their spending?

The same Levy that said he would hire an attacking manager with "Spurs DNA" and then hired Conte.

I mean, his word really means nothing at this point.

Easy , ENIC make sure we have no reason to smile

Think About It GIF by Identity

As the song goes

You know I can’t smile with ENIC
Can’t smile with ENIC
I can’t laugh and I can’t sing
Levy says it’s hard to win anything
You see I feel sad our teams bad
I feel had it’s so sad
If you only knew what Dan put me through
I just can’t smile

Amazing to see it set out like that. Changing managers mid season in 10 out of 23....bloody hell thats bad.

Well, to add some balance, we have been in 14 semi-finals, made it to six finals (including the champions League).

Its not like we have sat mid table in all that time; aiming for the holy grail of 40 points to stay up.

Well that Web interview yesterday blew the Levy apologists out of their trench so I expect things to get a bit quieter around here when it comes to the "it's everyone's fault except Daniel's" and "16 managers got it wrong and our hero is made of Teflon," brigade.
Defending Levy and enic is like arguing until you go blue in the face that the world is really flat.

That's true, for the moment, however the numbers are growing.
They will never care about protests outside of the club shop unless it goes violent. They will just ignore it.

If you want a protest to be uncomfortable for them and for them to take note. You stage it at the training ground and become an active nuisance. Stop cars from entering and exiting. Make a ruckus and so on.

Protests outside of the stadium are pointless because unless it is a game day most of the people that need to see it aren't there. And during a game day there's so much going on outside of the stadium to begin with so the protest is just swallowed up in the buzz.

People walking past the protests now certainly notice them, especially as 'The Rabbi' is involved on the mic.

Although he's being told to keep his shirt on...

But the people that need to see the protests and notice them (aka Levy and the decision makers) won't care because they don't see it. Their offices are at the training centre, not the stadium.

This is basic communication, you blast your message where you have the clearest path to a response with minimal risk of getting interrupted.

There aren't any Levy apologists. Just people who know that things aren't 'black and white' and can recognise that Enic/Levy took spurs into a much better place than they were before Enic took over.

The same people also recognise that Levy and co have probably taken spurs as far as they can (and we're now starting to go backwards) and would support new ownership (but the right ownership, not any old Tom, Dick or Harry).

Until you 'Death to Levy' cultists (well if you lot think it's ok to apply a false and idiotic 'Levy apologist' label to people then don't be surprised when you get labelled back) recognise that, then I'm afraid that any kind of rational discussion/conversation about it is out of the question.

Some absolute clownshoes on here that spend their days trolling and calling for 'Levy apologists' to apologise. These are the ones who need to be apologising for being so arrogant and self-righteous.

End of.

And yes, this is the win I think it is. Yes, I'm 100% right, and no, not one single 'Death to Levy' cultist will change my mind, nor am I interested in reading their shit posts, until they apologise for existing.
