What a cesspit this thread is :levywtf:
Spare us your fake sanctimonious/prudish BS. Where do you think you are? This is FightingCOCK message board brought to you by Flav Bateman.

You want a family friendly environment- you’ve come to the wrong place.

More to the point - why does Donna Cullen’s opinion count for anything when it comes to footballing matters?!? Yet another exhibit for why the club is in the mud.

It has occurred to me that English football, as well as a growing number of THFC supporters, would prefer it if Daniel Levy and ENIC were no longer involved in top flight professional football in the UK.

He seems to be hitting a brick wall this season with everything he does.

So much so it almost seems contrived at times.

The media, the match officials, VAR, his managers, his players; everyone appears to be making mistakes / not trying very hard and everything that can go wrong does go wrong.

Could be coincidence.

Could also be a message being sent from all quarters.

Whatever it is; ENIC's methods no longer work.

Great but what we would prefer is irrelevant, you ought to focus on what is the most likely event to happen.

Set your expectations to avoid disappointment.

The last manager fell out with the board, do you want that again?

At the end of the day this board aren't going anywhere so we need a manager fully compliant with them to even think about getting the relationship working, that's the only hope we have.
Hold on Dan, poch, Jose and Conte have all had issues with the board and or Levy's style of management.
What's to say that, it's not going to be the same in another 18 months time, obviously they want someone who they can control which is a concern.
Yes you are right, the board are going nowhere, but then neither is this club, we are stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Throwing in Poch with Jose and Conte is completely disingenuous, for the most part Poch got on with the board but eventually fell out, this is unlike Jose or Conte - Poch will be seen as a success he managed to last 5 years so it makes sense we'll be looking for someone with a profile like that as we need some stability.

Well this is the problem Shady: we are emotional beings watching the club we love go down the pan under the 'care' of our chairman. I suggest that any fan who remains coolly detached from the current events doesn't actually get football at all.

Possibly or perhaps just realistic enough not to expect a manager to come in and upset the board in the hope of some success or expect them to suddenly change, you either learn as a fan or carry on being disappointed when the inevitable happens, I know what I'd rather be.

A long war that maybe seemed futile at times. But I think that Levy /ENIC out is now gaining momentum never seen before. Every Spurs fan I know in the real world wants Levy out.
The sham has been exposed and arguments in favour are wearing thin
The tide has turned. Probably a long way to go, but victory will be ours

One day, we'll have our Tottenham back and I'll throw the biggest party to which you're all invited (apart from Airfixx Airfixx )

COYS!

Your obsession with tagging Airfixx is bordering on bullying.

I’m not being sanctimonious. You can joke about anything and flavs tweet is funny because he’s making fun of itk. But when people are genuinely suggesting fans go to levy’s home or saying Cullen turned down Pochs advances and that’s why he’s sacked or whatever… then maybe people need to take a break.

Maybe some of these things are jokes that I don’t understand ?

Sorry Dan , this is not disingenuous at all, it's well documented that, poch was getting frustrated over levys shenanigans.
Now probably all managers, at other clubs, also will have stand offs.
But to deny poch didn't have problems, is disingenuous in itself.
We all hope that, Levy finds the right formula very unlikely, but if he did then it's time to rejoice.
Unfortunately unless ENIC sell up, then as a club we continue to be the fat boy looking through the sweet shop window at success.

Right…so instead of us voicing our legitimate concerns over the ENIC fuck ups, we should all grin and bear it, and just lower our expectations instead?

Fuck sake, sort your head out.

Well yeah he eventually fell out with the board, that's not up for debate, every manager of every club eventually does when they get sacked.

The point is though you implied that we want another high risk manager when we have seen that these sort of managers do not work with this board, we've always done better with low risk/unknown appointments Poch/Jol/Redknapp etc...

God you’re like a supporter version of a cuck. Yeah he’s shagging my wife but there’s nothing I can do about it so may as well adjust expectations and hope she shags him twice a week instead of four times.

I don't think my expectations could be any lower, I have all but completely given up at this point and expect us to continue exactly the way we have been operating under Levy, I am counting down the days until he fucks off because until then, unless a miracle happens, the misery is just going to continue and likely even get worse than it already is.
