I don't see Levy walking away from his shiny new stadium anytime soon.
Will be forced too soon as value and revenue plummet. Hopefully Lewis’s daughter starts to create conflict as her nest egg quickly erodes in flames and holds the Miser fully accountable. A nice drawn out, war of words in the press

Small handed, short armed bald dwarf. Incompetent, delusional cunt

I think that's the dilemma we face.

He ain't gonna want to wave goodbye to all the razzmatazz and money spinning events he pulls off at his new arena. And he still has his dream of landing that lucrative NFL franchise somewhere down the line.

And yet the football club that facilitated it all remains that little bit of shit stuck to the bottom his shoe that he just can't kick.

If he could find a way, I've no doubt he wouldn't hesitate.

This is a pipe dream, revenues aren't going to plummet because this stadium will ensure that the club are making a lot of money, if anything the value will increase.

c.£100M lower season just gone than season before. That’s around 20%. A plummet in revenue of this amount would see most FTSE CEO’s ousted by activists or the the board, not this teflon joke of a human. Bastard clinging on tightly surrounded by his ridiculous echo chamber, all blaming others. Similarities with Hitler as they took a pasting at the end of the war

Wasn't that due to Covid?

No. Im estimating it will be £100M lower due lack of CL, less home games and lower PL revenue (due to performances in 22/23) not Covid years

Without seeing the finances this year it's hard to know what we've lost/made, commercial revenue was shooting up last year and also the match day revenue as well so it's hard to pinpoint.

I don't think a few years out the CL will make them sell up, they'll find a way to cover the shortfall.

Cover 20% of revenue? They need to spend upwards of 500M this summer first, where the fuck is that coming from?

They're, good, young, quite well coached, have an idea of how they want to play, and will spend massively to supplement what they already have?

Adding the CL burden will be a major challenge, no doubt. And spending wisely is always difficult, even though they shown a remarkable eye for a player so far.

But everyone is just casually equating their current situation with Mark Hughes-and-Robinho era City. Oh, they'll just toss it all overboard when they're "ready". But no, this is a heck of a football team right now. Dan Burn is not Richard Dunne. Joelinton is not Stephen Ireland. Kieran Trippier is not Micah Richards.

I'd back them to be City's nearest challenger next year atm, sight unseen of their summer business.
It's the PL. Where consistency matters. Yes, they have all the ingredients, but translating that into consistency is not easy. They'll be in the top 7, but not a perennial CL team.

Where are you getting £500m from?
