I have no time for Joe Lewis as owner of Spurs, none at all. He has been charged with insider Trading. The key word is charged. No poster here has seen any evidence about what he has supposedly done. He will be investigated and possible , just possibly at his age stand trial. He may be guilty of the charges, he may be innocent of the charges. However, all the comments by posters are all about him being guilty. Hope none,of you are on a jury for any trial I might be involved in. Innocent until proven guilty Is a principle of British Law, a principle which is our right. The Saudi countries are always,critiscised for their barbaric legal system, but what can we say about people who do not appreciate our own.

These charges don’t relate to ENIC’s handling of the club. It is ENIC’s handling of the club that I have defended against the more ridiculous shit people on here post.

Also those trying to suggest insider trading is morally equivalent to the Saudi regime or Russian oligarchs have completely lost touch with reality. You’re more concerned with harming our owners than seeing things for what they are.

And I have no reason to even defend Lewis. He isnt involved with the management or leadership of THFC. If he’s been involved with insider trading then I hope the law catches up with him.
 
Is there any point where their defenders might say 'you know what, perhaps these guys are no longer fit for purpose and we need a change'.

I mean add insider trading to appointing a dodgy DoF, constant changes in manager, falling down the table, not sorting the team out, 3 month managerial searches and constantly rising ticket prices.

Every few weeks there's a drama, not of the good kind. Is there a cut off point? I grant you in terms of gallows humour its an endless supply of material but Its not great is it.
