No, it's doesn't prove guilt.

What is does "prove" is there is enough evidence to indict Lewis for serious charges. Time will tell where this lands, but I find it hard to believe a DA from New York would bring such charges against a 87 year old living in the Bahamas without good cause.

The cost of filing such an indictment is massive.
